The breakfast was ok..powdered eggs, sausage patties, waffles..but it WAS convenient, so I appreciate that. The staff was amazing when l mentioned the bathtub peeling and actually found me another room...which I declined because it was on the second floor

I was extremely disappointed about the peeling of the bathtub..I love baths and needed one after moving stuff around in my deceased sisters home all day. When I filled the tub, got in and looked...oh my gosh...it was ..to say the the least, upsetting. A peeling tub is unsanitary and right up there with cockroaches in my opinion. Your crew tried their best to find another room ..and I appreciate that .but..it was on the second floor..so. no.

We were very pleased with our experience at La Quinta in Springfield, OR. The front desk clerk was very gracious and was able to give us rooms next to each other for us and my adult children. The room was quiet for the most part, although there was some thumping in the room above us (jumping kids?). The bathroom was very spacious, as was the room. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower and drain worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice, lots of selection and good coffee. The room was bright, cheerful and clean. All in all, a great experience. We would select this La Quinta again when coming to the area.

One minor issue. The area over the bar table sink needs a light. This is the only thing I can think of.

The staff was very friendly, including checkin, maintenance personnel, housekeeping, and breakfast bar. The facility was very clean, except room carpet. The housekeeping crew does a great job.

The carpets in the room were grubby, and the bed linens are worn thin. Strong dog odor in first room I was assigned. The alternative room still had some odor, but was bearable.

Location was midway between airport and my friend's house. Close to Eugene and near downtown Springfield. Room was nicely appointed and bed was comfy. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

It sounds weird but the toilet in the room was about 2 inches too short. It felt like I was in grammar school. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but it really was uncomfortable. Not sure I would go back because of this...

Excellent location. Near interstate, shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Pet friendly.

Facilities maintenance seems to be lacking since my last visit (I have stayed here 3-4 times previously). From tp holders not screwed into the wall properly, to thinner towels, things just seemed like they were aging without excellent maintenance . Also, I was on the first floor and it was a bit noisy. With so many other hotel choices nearby, not sure I would stay here again as opposed to choosing another hotel line.

Beautiful room, roomy and working bathroom, clean, bed comfortable, parking lot well lit, staff very helpful and friendly, location near restaurants, small shopping center, and gas station. Conveniently near the freeway.

Having 120-volt outlets near parking so residents can charge their vehicles. I do not expect the higher Level 2 or fast chargers but having a regular wall outlet near the parking would give an excellent rating. Management can lock the outlets and unlock them for residents who want to use them. The nearby Marriot and Holiday Inn had Tesla charging in their lots.

Large room with plenty of space for our dog. Large pet area in Front of the hotel which was nice. There were also some grassy places to walk our dog around the hotel.

Room was dark and it was located right next to the staircase so we heard people and their pets going up and down the stairs in the middle of the night. Also very strong smell of chlorine from the indoor pool came all the way up the hallway.

Great breakfast options. Really made GREAT availability to offer so many options! The lobby for breakfast was also top notch. VERY clean! Always was set and ready for continuing patrons.

I wish I had a way to have room service come once a day to restock towels, remove full trash cans, take dirty dishes, and remove dirty laundry. By the time I left it looked like it was hit by a tornado of trash and laundry.

We loved how clean the hotel room was. The linens were clean. The decor and atmosphere was relaxing. Staff was exceptionally kind, and friendly.

I was mad at myself for not discovering this wonderful hotel years ago. We have stayed in the Springfield area many times over the years. This by far is the best hotel we have stayed in. Better than the Hilton and better than the Comfort Inn.

The stay was very good, it met my needs for a very early flight out of EUG. The staff were really nice and professional. I think the manager gave me a discount because one of my favorite channels would not work.

My only issue was the bedding, it did not breath enough for me...had to turn down the AC to compensate and it was pretty loud cycling on and off, so this made for less sleep than I would have liked.
