The breakfast was sparse..but adequate.i was impressed with the night desk clerk..she made cookies and that was delightful

The odor ...oh my gosh ...whatever they used to clean the carpets or whatever was overpowering. We had to open our window to air out, and we were on the 3rd floor..so it could open maybe 2 inches. We left the window open while we were at dinner, which helped...but it hit us when we walked into the hallway..my eyes were burning! We almost left, but we were tired, so we stayed. I believe, that if our stay was going to be more than one night, we would have left.

We checked in and found a water leak on the floor. The concierge immediately found another room for us. Breakfast fit our needs and the scrambled eggs were excellent. We needed to check out a day early for a medical emergency and the staff was very accommodating. We had gone through booking.com and the concierge told us to contact them which we did. Booking.com called you to see that all was in order on your end. Our refund is in the works. Thank you.

A couple hooks in the bathroom would be convenient.

Pretty good location, friendly, fairly quiet, breakfast was good, woman at the front desk when we checked in was nice enough to bring us a remote. She also took a few minutes to help me on my laptop with Door Dash. She had to get back to the desk but encouraged me to call if I needed more help.

There were a couple of long dark hairs on the shower wall, it was quite dirty under the nightstand between the beds, I noticed on the written display, it said $10.00 per pet. The other woman at the desk said $15. Per. That same woman who helped me said we have to charge the $10. because it hasn't been changed on the displayed writing. I was still charged $15./dog and only found the receipt when we were on our way out to my surgery. Not pleased.

They had an amazing breakfast. The front staff was wonderful. From the moment I walked in and Tiffany checked me in I just had a wonderful stay. Very relaxful and peaceful. I don't know why this is considered a two-star hotel because I would definitely give it a four-star. The place was clean, smelled great, had a great breakfast, friendliest employees ever. The beds were so comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was great. The staff were really nice and affected. The AC in the room was excellent, because we really need it with 108 degree weather. I'm also glad it was pet friendly.

The 1st floor needs to be remodeled. Very old, it really needs a new shower. It sometimes was a swimming pool with water running slow. Have more updated phone chargers in the lamps. Because we forgot our phone charger, The front door needs to be replaced with an automatic door especially when you have your hands full. But otherwise it was great. Norma Frias

It was a good place to go and was within 10 minutes of the hospital where my wife was having surgery. Breakfast was good in the morning, included with the room and helped since I didn't have to waste time finding a resturaunt nearby before heading to the hospital each day.

Only front door accsess was wheelchair friendly. No real issues though.

It was clean and comfortable and fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the afternoon was a pleasant treat.

Didn't particularly care about it's location however we did make another reservation for late August.we are seniors and we are used to staying in a hotel with easy walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Breakfasts were great. It took a moment or two to realize that syrup (used for waffles from waffle maker) were in condiment packages instead of a pouring container. Another moment to find the packages of Tabasco sauce (used for scrambled eggs, omelettes). After that, couldn't think of anything more to ask. Comfortable room. Used a car to commute to Eugene- relatively easy and close drive.

The television in the room didn't have a connection to the cable network, so I couldn't watch it. Would have been after being out all day anyway. I used the pool to get in at least one workout while traveling. I was able to swim short laps in it. The pool looked wider in the hotel pictures than the actual dimensions. Still, a refereshing change of pace in activities.

The queen family room was a great bargain. It was comfortable and the size of a small apartment. The facility was clean and easy to find, very close to major freeway and shopping. The staff were kind and friendly (chocolate chip cookies warm at the front desk). Breakfast was fine with many options. Overall a comfortable stay and good value.

Maybe an extra blanket for the pull out bed?

Great value for money. Easy access to airport. Clean rooms. Good breakfast bar variety. Dogs were welcomed, they even had doggie cookies at check in. Super, super staff from greeting to leaving - check in clerk, breakfast staff, maintenance person, housekeepers - accommodating and friendly.

Bathroom was tiny - hard to close door when inside. Could have used a few more outlets.
