The staff was great! Even offered me a 1pm late check out after taking my friend in for surgery in the area. The room was well cleaned and very spacious. The hot breakfast was satisfying, and the Cinnabons made up for not having a waffle maker:)

There were 3 of us, so we got a big room, a large bed plus a pull out couch bed. As I should have expected such a thing to be, it had a very terrible mattress. The springs in it were easily seen/felt, as was the bar under it when I tried to lay down. Ended up folding it all back up. I tried sleeping on it as a couch and didn't get a single minute of sleep or relaxation

We loved the location, and the room was wonderfully spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a pool for kids and breakfast included.

Could be cleaner. The pool floor by the hot tub was a little dirty. Our pullout couch didn’t seem to be fully inspected and cleaned, as well as our bathroom. For cleanliness I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Otherwise our stay was pretty good

Helpful cheerful staff. Spacious room. Hot tub and pool which is open. Weekend breakfast which starts at 6. We were there for a volley ball tournament and had to be at the sports facility by 7. Also, They had a lactose free yogurt in the breakfast offerings which I really appreciate!

They could benefit from a water filling station in the lobby. Guests currently need to access the fitness center to refill water bottles.

Location off I-5, coming from coastal hwy 126 headed for Washington was a good stopping point after driving 7 hours. Beds were great. Left earlier than breakfast, coffee was good.

Room assigned had non working heat/cooling system so we had to change rooms. Staff brought up keys and we moved across hall. After long drive was unhappy we had to get everything moved over to new room. We traveled with 2 pups who were happy to explore.

Breakfast is pretty much normal as any free hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs and a meat substance. Not complaining tho it's as normal as everyones

Everything was good. Pool was spot on right temp. Place was super clean people were friendly and helpful. I'm all good with the place. Will be my go to in Springfield now and there's good choices in that areaI'll

This was my first time staying. I liked the large breakfast area and the pool and hot tub.

I saw pictures of bacon and pancakes, but even though we stayed on a weekend there was no bacon or pancakes for breakfast. We got there over an hour before closing. Also, the very delicious sausage ran out around 9, they did not restock. So that was disappointing. The cinnamon rolls are delicious btw.

Our suite was very spacious! I liked having a table and chairs. The temperature controls in each room were nice to have for our different preferences. The laundry room was available with easy access by the elevator. Parking was easily accessible without an additional charge. Fast food, gas and shopping were all nearby. Breakfast was great with a different option each day!

Ice was only on 2 floors.

It was everything I needed. We were traveling with our dog and happy to find they had a pet friendly room that was also ADA compliant that suited my needs. If our stay had been longer I would have tried out the exercise equipment and pool.

My husband enjoyed the continental breakfast except he brought me a back a packaged bagel that turned out to be moldy.

Nice, big, clean and tastefully decorated rooms with good in room coffee and amenities. Bed was little harder than we like, but linens were fresh and clean and LOVED the full sized pillows on the bed instead of the small ones a lot of hotels seem to be using now. Lighting was good, lots of charging ports for electronics. Liked the blinds and how well they kept out first morning light. Was pleasantly surprised at how sound proof the rooms were. Breakfast provided was good and had lots of choices. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, medical center and the freeway. Staff friendly and tried their best to accommodate to the best of their ability.

Other than the hotel ran out of in room coffee pods and couldn't provide more when asked, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our short time there.

We stayed for 2 nights due to surgery. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I mis spoke a couple times at check-in and the desk clerk was very patient and kind. Breakfast had many choices and was good. I recommend the stay. We had 2 bed suite...very clean and spacious.

A little pricey.
