I loved the staff! They were so kind and very helpful. I wish I could give a shout out to certain staff for their amazing work. The location was in the middle of so many restaurants, the breakfast had so many delicious choices. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate packets being available after breakfast hours because my daughter and I needed a nice hot drink after a long day.

I wish the pool area was more up to date with style. Shower would be nice to have it updated. Jacuzzi was not working half of our trip…. That was the main reason we booked so we can enjoy morning and night an indoor pool and spa…

The property location was great for my stay. Came for a game at UO and was close/easy drive. Plenty of food options. Gas and shopping close by. Clean outside and plenty of parking. The staff was great! I was pleased with my stay and will be coming back. Breakfast had great options! It was a great way to start our day. Something for everyone.

Prices seem a little high but I guess that’s like most places during a local event or game. The carpets have a smell but wasn’t a big deal. Pool was under construction, again wasn’t needed for our trip. The noise from upstairs was a little loud (room was close to the stairs) but I wasn’t too bothered by it.

I loved the staff they were so amazing and so helpful, my father was life lighted to the hospital down the road from them, everyday was changing and they were so accommodating to my family and I. The breakfast was always good, my 11 yr old brother was most excited about that each morning lol. Housekeepers clean my room fantastic everyday and always had it smelling it clean and restocking our toiletries. I was amazed by how friendly everyone was to us great stay overall 10/10 would stay again and recommend

Well....I was told about & wanted a medical discount due to my mother having a procedure at the hospital. I booked a room w/medical discount 2 weeks prior - we are all happy ...except I'm in FL & am paying for the room w/my c/c. However, no one told me initially about getting PRE Authorization first in order to do this so when I called the day before to confirm I was told I could not secure the room w/ my c/c bc I would not be there. This hotel's higher echelon is CHOICE - after several calls to CIS & Choice; I still didn't get my initial discounted quote. In the end, I had to cancel the original reservation & make a new one (via 3rd party i.e. booking dot com) which meant I did not get the discounted room rate. The hotel is fine - the procedural process was disappointing.

Staff at front desk were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any time I called the front desk I got an answer right away, the person who answered was always polite and was able to answer my questions quicly. Cleaning staff are rock stars! Welcome note from cleaning staff when we entered our room let us know they care about our experience and asking for anything was welcome. Everything in our room worked. Everything smelled and looked clean and crisp.

The room could use more lighting. It's probably because I'm old but it seemed dim even with all the lights on.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice having a couch to sit on to watch TV and eat instead of the bed. The area was very conveniently located. Great for a short stay. I would probably go somewhere else for a longer stay.

The bathroom sink was not clean. There were hair shavings in and around the sink. The pool and hottub were not working/available. Though, they did offer to send us to the hotel next door for swimming. It smelled stale in the room, and the ac unit was extremely loud.

location is great for medical appointments. Room was nice & comfortable

front desk clerk who checked us in was not friendly, very sharp with her words. asked very bluntly for CC & photo ID. Did not explain hours of breakfast or wi-fi password, just handed over room keys. no one else was in line so time was not a factor.

The floor our room was location on overall was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin. We could hear the gentleman snoring through the wall by our bed and the loudness of the TV from his room next to ours all night. Did not get much rest. The breakfast downstairs was ok for a free breakfast, however the supply was very low by the time we arrived at 8:30am there was not much left and every item was cold.

Room was a little to warm, eventually turned down thermostat to 60, Were at home I adj. mine too 68 might be your thermostat is off or heat from hallways is to high and entering under room door

I liked that they put me in a room that had handicap bars for balance assistance even though I didn't book for assistance. I use a cane and have a hard time with balance. That was very helpful.

I would've liked to have info on the area in the room in print, restaurants, attractions, etc. It was available electronically, but it doesn't help those less electronically savvy.
