The room was fine. It was clean and neat. Even though the site is out and away from other things, restaurants are within short driving distance and there is easy access to arterials that will get you right into Eugene and the university district.

The AC unit in the window/wall was noisy and bright, but a pillow solved the latter and getting the room down to a good temperature kept running it to a minimum. Breakfast was sparse but filling. When checking in, the person on duty was talking to a prospective client that didn't have the right info; when the caller needed to look for something, I was expecting the desk person to put the call on hold to, at least, deal with the first person in line waiting to check in. No such luck.

It was very easy to get to, super cozy beds, not in the middle of a city but still had a gas station right down the road as well as a Denny’s. Breakfast was also pretty good, the waffle maker was a fun experience, never operated one before that. Please don’t get rid of the waffle maker.

We didn’t like the texture of the hot tubs, felt like sandpaper, but the warm water was worth it. The knob to change the temperature of the hot tub was missing, so that was a bummer. Parking was kinda small, but it felt more personalized in a way and we could always find a parking spot, so not bad really.

I didn’t like that the parking lot is small. I would like to see more choices with the hot breakfast and add toppings for oatmeal. The oatmeals are in a packet and need to be cooked in the microwave. Then, there are no brown sugar, not nuts, nor raisins, nor fruits that can be added. Also, hash-browns or country fried potatoes, French toast or pancakes, and fresh fruits or granola that can be added to yogurt. These items would be a nice addition to the selections.

Liked the location of the pool. Continental breakfast food looked good, even though I didn't get any.

Boys lacrosse team cleared out the continental breakfast while I was trying to toast an english muffin. Not the hotels fault but it really bummed me out. There was nearly a dozen of them and literally no hot food left when they were done. I gave up on breakfast and left in a bad mood.

Comfort Suites are tucked into a somewhat forgotten corner by an exit from I5, inside Eugene, but not central at all. We arrived a whole week ahead of the date of our reservation. The place was not busy, and the manager was most helpful at fixing my mistake. The room was quite comfortable, clean, and well-appointed.

TV channels were a bit mystifying, but basically there is nothing left on broadcast TV beyond the antiquated shopping channels.

The property is close to the freeway. The room was spacious, clean, & smells really good. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bonus part was having a 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot water.

The parking and breakfast choices were limited. I like oatmeal for breakfast and do not mind cooking it in the microwave, but I do like adding toppings like raisins, nuts, brown sugar, and fruits. According to the staff, those toppings are not served for breakfast. But even with limited breakfast, I will stay here again!

Room was lovely and spacious. Surprisingly the free breakfast was really good with a large selection of options. The lady that was working the room/kitchen was super attentive and friendly. The front desk checking in young man was friendly and informative. Easy check in.

I found a small worm in the bathroom that I disposed of into the toilet. That was kind of icky. But otherwise the bathroom and the suite was super clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in way before check-in time. The room was huge, the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the bathroom. The toiletries smelled nice. Breakfast offered eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausages, diverse buns/muffins/toasts/bagels, cheese, yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruit as well as a choice of juices, coffees, and teas. Access to the Interstate and connective routes to Springfield and Eugene are right around, but you couldn't hear any traffic in our room.

Our hall reeked of cannabis smoke - but that's not the hotel's fault really.

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Very clean, cozy beds, even had a couch in my room. No dingy gross feeling like most hotels have. Very nice pool and hot tub and your typical hotel breakfast staples plus waffle machine and hot eggs and sausage. Right next to freeways (no noise from freeway) so easy access to things.

pool was small and even mid afternoon filled with very loud children -- had to skip. small investment with big payoff: put a hook right outside the shower to hang a bath towel. parking spaces are too narrow! endangered my car!
