As we close out 2024, I’d like to give a shout out and recommend to all of the administration and staff at Hometowne Suites Red Roof Inn for doing an outstanding job. It’s one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in the area, the housekeeping team both day and night does a really good job to make the guests stay as best as possible. If you have guests come to visit you, and your looking for a good hotel to recommend, look to Hometowne Suites Red Roof Eugene-Springfield

One of the best places I choose to stay when in Springfield, Oregon. The bus lines are directly outside, there’s an always improving team that works well together. I’ve stayed at Home Town Studios by Red Roof Eugene many times, and see that there is always improvements being completed to offer an excellent opportunity for your travel and lodging needs while in the Springfield/Eugene area. I do recommend you see for yourself. Thanks to the management for always accommodating my stays. Well done!

This is our favorite place to stay when in the Springfield/Eugene area. The staff is top notch, and the members of the services team are exceptional. I recommend to anyone looking for a good nights rest to look into Red Roof Eugene!, thanks again to all the staff, your a wonderful group, led by a true leader. We will be back soon.

The staff and the housekeeping team

Great staff, they have on site housekeepers always staying ahead of the houseguests needs, it’s a preferred choice for Springfield, metro connect directly outside.

Try to not see a negative for this hotel, they do a great job of addressing the visitors needs, they have a good daily staff., give them a try, they are always upgrading and up keeping the areas.

The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I loved having a refrigerator in the room. The smoking area was isolated to one portion in the parking lot, which was nice. The bed was plenty comfortable. The TV worked well and had a good selection of channels. I felt safe. The location was so central to everything to the area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Getting to the freeway was key. The shower had good water pressure and had hot water. I had plenty of towels and such. I was appreciative of the soap and shampoo. The parking was great! The price was excellent. Great value! I'll be back.

This is a great place to stay if your visiting the area, the staff is always helpful, the management is the best, and the maintenance team is always doing their best daily to keep things running. I do recommend Red Roof in Springfield, and I think you will as well.

The quality, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the room was far better than I was initially expecting. Also, I had no idea that there would be a kitchenette there, and this will be a huge plus when I return to stay again. Even though the desk staff was very busy making the rounds, she was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful to me. The location is good and very easy to get in and out of, relative to the rest of town. This was my very first stay, and I will now easily consider this to be my homebase in Eugene/Springfield whenever I overnight here.

There was some trash in the parking lot left presumably by other visitors. I didn't like that this wasn't being cleaned up immediately, but then I think that the accommodation might be short staffed. That is really all that I didn't like. I am not sure if a complimentary breakfast was offered, but I had to check out very early in the morning, so this might not have mattered in my case anyways.

Room was very clean bed was comfortable. No Smoking allowed with in 10 feet of buildings as it's Oregon law which is good. I will always stay there when I'm in Oregon .

Really nothing it was great

They had an open room available two queen beds bath and kitchenette,Lt was a hard time my mom has severe dementia and they helped make it an enjoyable stay,Thank you!.

No complaints at

Location is good. Simple check in procedure. Room size is OK.

Room could need some simple maintenance. A little paint here and there make it look really good. Some more paper or plastic cups would be good. Some utensils in the kitchen would be good. Coat hangers would be nice.
