Cleanliness and the friendly maid staff. Breakfast was good. Great location Refrigerator, microwave, and all the toiletries in the shower were a great bonus. Didn't use the pool but it was very clean. If we visit Eugene again in the future we will stay here.

Very very small bathroom. Shower curtain could be longer and lined or upgraded. Parking lot is too small. Very tight spots. Better be a very good parker for this lot. Just a note about Eugene there's a lot of one way streets and bus lanes. A quick tip to get around to the campus is to go right out of the hotel then turn right after track town pizza and then turn right on villard Street and go across Franklin at the light to get to the campus. ( Mind you if there's no traffic to go across to13th from the hotel) Otherwise you have to do a huge loop in the other direction just to cross the street. This probably doesn't make much since, but trust me it will when you see it. 😁😁😁

Perfect location to the University of Oregon. Right across the street is the basketball arena and behind that is the infamous Hayward Track Stadium. Great sports bar, recommended by the manager, is the Wild Duck Cafe. Also right across the street. Can't beat the value of this place...It is a motor lodge setting but very, very clean...And I am a HH Honors Diamond member...could not pass this place up for the $$ and location. Will stay again if my Hoosiers are in town.

Nothing...met expectations. Breakfast is free but nothing exciting..but wasn't expecting a B & B atmosphere either.

quiet, felt safe, Nice room, clean, comfy bed and Great pillows, Free breakfast was nice but simple, everything in the room worked, tv etc. ease to check in and out. they're Very welcoming and upgraded me to a King size bed. great location, track town Pizza Next door!!! a Mexican restaurant a minute walk and a Chinese buffet a block. subway across the street. very convenient location for the concerts at the Mathew Knight arena. I will return. id love to use The pool it's seasonal.

The hotel is in a good location very near the University. The staff are great. The room is quite large and clean. They provide a very basic breakfast, which seems good until you compare what is available in the surrounding hotels. For me, it was very convenient to have an on-site coin laundry and with drying machines. 2 dollars each. The pool is outside, and due to the weather, I didn't use it.

The WIFI was quite terrible in the room. It constantly dropped and I had to re-enter the password 10-20 times during my stay. Every time the connection dropped, I had to reenter all the information.

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very helpfull, and great location

The first room that they gave us was very noisy that we couldn't sleep at night as it was very close to the high way. We asked them in the middle of the night if they could change the room for us, and they gave us another room immediately.

The location was very close to the University. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The parking lot is very tight. The refrigerator in our room was quite noisy when the compressor turned on or off. Did not have a chance to have breakfast, as I had a very early flight to catch, and the front desk would not make any accommodations for an out-of-hours breakfast.

The sheets were divine!! They were SO soft and silky and I felt super comfy. They also let me store my bags after check out which was very helpful. The breakfast wasn't exceptional but it did the trick and thought it was good considering the value.

The wifi was not great, so upgrading to a more powerful connection would make the stay even better.

Fair size rooms. Excellent location across (six lane, busy) Franklin Blvd from U of O. The motel is aged as expected but clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent front desk, and smooth check in with electronic messages.

Breakfast is “continental” and minimalistic but considering the reasonable rates at this motel one could not expect any different, so this is not really a criticism; just an FYI. There are plenty of places to eat in Eugene.

Location was good. Liked the swimming pool. Had a nice snack area and drinks availability.

The fan in the bathroom was really loud and was connected to the light so you always had to use it. Our friends were next door and theirs was almost as loud. Broken/raddle also.

A very nice stay. The staff were great and the location is perfect if you need to go to the University as you can just walk there in about 5 min.

The morning breakfast was satisfactory, but not as good as the breakfast offered at nearby hotels. I had to reconnect to the Internet multiple times, which was a little annoying.
