The deck, restaurant, bed comfortable

Room wasn’t ready at 3 which we thought was check in, main person at desk was thoughtful and attentive. Since we were staying 6 days would have been nice to have been accommodated earlier. Staff member Alex presumptive and rude” well, I can’t put you in a room with dirty sheets”when she misunderstood what I was trying to say. No appology, no attempt to make things right. The person who helped us was able to accommodate us and made sure room was acceptable. Room needs a luggage rack so fits two suitcases, more drawers instead of two big ones and a light next to sofa

The staff was amazing: kind, responsive, and helpful. Indeed, the staff made every effort to be helpful. My grandson visited, and he wanted a tour. Everyone said hi, and the restaurant personnel welcomed him as he “inspected” the surroundings. (My grandson is three.) This grounds were immaculate. The room allowed me to work easily, and there was a desk lamp. The room attendants kindly exchanged towels, and they serviced the rooms daily, which I haven’t experienced since the pandemic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Eugene area.

It would have been nice to have a screen door on the patio sliding door. Otherwise, this property and staff were fantastic!

I didn’t expect I would love this hotel so much! Make sure to book a room viewing the river - it is worth it. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Modern and equipped with everything needed. Amazing restaurant on the ground floor right on the river as well. Salmon for dinner was delicious and their breakfast is perfect too. Friendly staff, I loved that you could take a bike from them and go on a ride along the river and into the park. I can’t recommend this place enough. We loved everything about it.

Everything was great.

Really close to a great walking path that bordered the river. It provided a great opportunity to get in some exercise while seeing how beautiful Eugene is. The pool was also a great temperature and was very clean. Lastly, my girl Shawna at the front Desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The shuttle drivers were also amazing and I apologize for not remembering their names! The coffee at the front desk was amazing coming from Memphis where coffee isn't great. Highly recommend you atleast try it.

I didn't like how I couldn't stay longer but other than that there was not much I did not like about the facilities.

Room was spacious. Nice design throughout. Nice restaurant. Also, the maintenance people were very helpful with a project we had. We required help opening a package. The desk clerks for the most part were friendly as were the restaurant employees:)

Stale, old, $5.00 croissant at check in was not edible. Sassy, rude desk clerk didn’t want to hear about it from me. She was asking me “What do you want from me!?” I just laughed and told her it’s awesome… The next morning a different clerk made it all good:) She offered a coffee to make up for the bad, overpriced pastry. That was nice:)

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The rooms were so modern, clean and had everything you needed. The staff was the up most professional service with warm smiles and great service. The restaurant on the property called Sweet Waters had outstanding food and cocktails. There was no need to leave the hotel but if you wanted to 1/2 a mile up are excellent restaurants, a big mall, the freeway entrance and so much more. We had a fabulous time here. They also have a beautiful pool to relax in. Lots of free parking and free wifi. Best part was receiving a text before check-In if we had any special request, we wanted to make sure we had a bathtub and they immediately accommodated this for free. 5 stars for sure! We are considering this place for our wedding venue. Can't wait to get back! Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of us!

Would like to see more benches to sit on in hallways. Signs to room #'s are a little confusing to read.

It’s very new and clean, and super spacious as well. I like how they separate the sink and toilet/shower make it more convenient for us when we’re travelling in a group of 3. We also got a G floor room where we get to park our car right in front of our room it’s super convenient. Also, we get to enjoy our Ramen in the “balcony” it was the most perfect morning ever to us! The hotel was also nice enough to let us check-out a little late as we arrived very late (like 12am) on our check-in day.

Quite a long walk through the hallway from lobby to our room, but we took the luggage trolley with us so it’s fine. Maybe also wipe the outdoor seats outside as well? As there were spider web at those corner.

Very well located. The room is clean, nice and ample; although the mattresses of the bed and sofa bed are NOT in their best shape anymore :( The bathroom is functional and has a comfortable size. It has a “closet”, drawers, safe box, hair dryer, garment steamer, and everything you could think of to be comfortable, while staying at the hotel. The Lobby is modern and beautiful. The common areas are nice and spacious. The restaurant has an amazing view to the Willamette River, although I haven’t had the chance to eat there because the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm during the week, and at 10:00 pm during the weekends, I heard that it is good though. I’m planing to have breakfast/brunch tomorrow. The staff at the restaurant were really nice last night, letting me know they were already closed 💓

Room, cleanliness, how friendly staff was.

The only thing we didn't like was another hotel guest at the restaurant who complained multiple times during our dinner. We were sat on the patio along with other dogs and in the very end corner to accommodate others who did not have dogs. There was a dinner guest who kept staring and asked us if we could do something about our dog. It's a dog friendly place and our dog was barking here and there but not obnoxiously.

Everything was very clean and well kept. It had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, in a long while. The staff were professional and very pleasant to converse with. The restaurant inside, Sweet Waters, was pleasant and quiet. The food was tasty and plentiful. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my requests were met. The hotel room was large and comfortable with a desk and a solid cushioned chair and a relaxing balcony with a table and two chairs. The bathroom was clean and had a roomy walk-in shower. The lobby was spacious and had a lodge like sitting area with fireplace, offering a lengthy wall of books. Of course, the young gentlemen I observed were working on their laptops and using their phones. All in all positive experience on my part. I will certainly find an excuse to return.

One of the wall chargers offered by the room between the beds did not work, and my phone was dead by morning. I used the one above the desk, and it was charged by the time I checked out.
