The rooms were clean and quiet, which is all I really ask for from a hotel! Breakfast was good, and one of the ladies who was in charge of that always stopped to chat with our toddler in the morning. The front desk was very helpful with the couple of questions we had. It's attached to a walking trail for a really pretty park along the river with ducks and herons, and the trail is almost all groomed so it was stroller friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience, but I expect nothing less from a La Quinta.

Pillows were uncomfortable, but it's always a coin toss with hotel pillows.

Even though I am traveling leisurely I still operate like I'm on the clock and so I like efficiencies and getting the most accomplished in the shortest possible time. This hotel has always been great about communicating with me before I get there and on site everyone is attentive and helpful. The rooms are a little old as is the hotel but that's just fine makes it a little homeier. I've also brought my dog here and that is a great thing as the pet fees are minimal. I have this thing about spending no more than a hundred bucks or so for a good room and they fit in my budget. I will continue to come here whenever I'm in Eugene.

Sheets were a little threadbare but everything else was fine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the space (after staying in a LaQuinta "fake" suite in Prescott AZ), with a separate living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private bedroom with a door. The suite was clean and comfortable. The value was exellent, having compared costs with other suites in the area. Although it only accomodates about 12 cars, there's a parking garage under the hotel, which was great during the rain.

Some minor details were amiss. Bath towels were rolled up and stuffed into holes at the bottom of the bathroom vanity. There was no lotion (I look for this everywhere I stay). There was no ceiling light in the bedroom.

They were very prepared for the influx of guest and parking struggles. Very professional and clean facilities and great incentive for proper guest behavior with the nature of the events occurring.

That the pool closed early the night we were there but we understood their reasoning.l, the elevator malfunctioned but was quickly fixed, and knowing it's spider season, the lack of attention to the stairwells and pest control could be handled better.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and the food was hot. Didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked great.

1. Room had “humid hotel room” smell. We propped the door open to air it out. 2. Room was next to stairs leading right to my car - but when I got to the bottom, the door was marked “out of order.” So I went back upstairs and down the hall to use the elevator. Neither seemed like a very big deal, but you asked…

The hotel was QUIET and well located for the event we wanted to attend. The breakfast was "normal" for most hotels/motels in this price range: yogurt, cake-like muffins, bread/English muffins to toast, cereal, some fruit. The coffee and juice were both better than some places we have stayed. The pool was open late (or maybe all night) though we didn't use it. The fridge and microwave worked, and there was a desk with task lighting. The hotel was as expected and worked for us.

The hotel lobby has a sort of drab, almost "not open" look with no one at the desk though someone appears quickly when one "dings the bell." The beds were too soft for us. The hand towel rack fell off the wall. I mentioned it to the front desk so hopefully, that will be fixed. The negative points would not stop us from staying here again.

We arrived 2 hours early and extremely jetlagged and when I asked if there was any way to get into our room a little early, we were upgraded to a suite. We had been traveling for almost 20 hours at that point and had another 30 hours more to go to get to our home in Chile. So the upgrade allowed us to rest before the next leg of the trip. We had turned in our rental car so the snacks were a lifesaver and not expensive, we were able to warm up wraps in the microwave and have something decent to eat since walking to a restaurant was a bit far. The staff were so kind to put us into an upgraded room with a sofa to sit on rather than just the bed. And since we were so tired, and needed to check out at 3am the next day, the extra 2 hours in the room really helped us relax and rest and made us so happy.

Nothing, unless the flight had been at noon rather than 3am, but that's not on the hotel.

Nice location next to a park with lots of running trails. Conveniently near restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfortable.

The parking spots closest to the lobby were extremely small. I was called at my room from the front desk to please move my car because "it is on the line of the next parking spot". I thought this was a ridiculous request, given how tiny the parking spots were for my mid sized sedan.

Easy to get to, comfy beds, towels were offered in pool/spa area. Friendly staff,check in was a breeze, 24 hour pool/spa/gym area. Good breakfast

Towels were Tiny! I hated the shampoo/condition and the bar of soap. Closer to a train that woke me up twice, the card said fresh baked cookies 7-9pm And we checked twice and there were no cookies:(

Location met our needs on this trip. It was about a 30 min walk through Alton Baker Park to the University of Oregon campus. The football stadium is also a short walk away. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and access to the 24/7 pool/fitness room, and there were free freshly baked cookies in the evenings too! Beds were also comfortable.

The carpet in our room could have used a vacuum, but beyond that everything was clean and tidy.
