Amenities were excellent, atmosphere was lively and welcoming, cocktails were delicious, staff was helpful and friendly, location was walkable and central enough to easily access university sporting events. Very fun place that hit all the right notes for a multi-generation group! Would stay again, no hesitation.

The breakfast was meh when considering price and quality. Strange mix-up with the order where we literally thought the plating was a prank? It was quickly remedied when brought back to the counter, but having worked in the business - it never should have left the kitchen. Recommend heading out to great diners on 6th street for excellent breakfast experience!

Very unique features, very fun. The rooms have a quirky cabin feel. The trophy room lounge they had was amazing, I really enjoyed that. Next time I’m gonna stay for longer and explore more of their features.

Hopefully there is a covered smoking area that I just didn’t know about. (I had a quick stay so I didn’t explore too much.) The Trophy room had an uncovered area, it was pouring rain so I didn’t have a spot to sip on my drink outside. It’s okay though!Just a personal preference.

Honestly. the breakfast was incredible. I haven't had a breakfast that delicious and satisfying in a looooong time. It was the best part of our experience next to the service we received.

While I appreciate the theme and how eclectic our room decor was, it was like a cigar lounge and felt oppressive. I almost had a panic attack because it was so dark and confining feeling. Now admittedly, I tend to get claustrophobic but it really sucks that my hotel room, a place of rest brought out panic in me. This subsided when my husband comforted me, we turned off all the lights and opened the curtains so I could imagine an open space rather than the claustrophobic, dark, and encroaching feel of the room. Now I complain about this but honestly everything else was truly great about this hotel and my criticism is certainly a reflection of me and my particular issues. It just might be helpful to know however.

Everything was really good except for pulling out of the garage to leave.

Pulling out of the garage was a hassle. Very slow because other cars were having issues too, and when I finally got to the gate the gentleman was difficult. Usually after my tax conference the gate is wide open and everyone leaves quickly. I had validation from the conference but he said it didn’t work. I also paid for overnight parking because I stayed the night but my ticket tore off when I entered the garage and he didn’t believe me. He finally let us depart when my wife started getting upset.

The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, competent and helpful. It's in a great location in downtown Eugene, right next to the Hult Center. Pro tip: hotel parking is expensive, but there are two parking garages within a block of the hotel where you can park for $8/night.

A fancy, expensive hotel like that and for in-room coffee they give you a teapot and instant coffee.

Cute, fun decor, floor to ceiling windows in room, auto opening curtains and door, and good location.

Staff transactional, need more staff at front desk and restaurants to reduce lines, waits and prob help staff feel happier. Mattress needs replacing, shower needs caddy/somewhere to set products.

Great meeting are for drinks and games

Rooms were a bit worn in. Many plugs/outlets for charging non functional. First night given handicapped room with modifications that were bad for family of four- no counter space etc. We were looking out on a cement wall. We were moved the following nights but as we spent over $500/night felt this was a bit ridiculous.

Decor was amazing. Room was so cool, floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows were truly awesome, view was amazing, nice bathroom products, nice coffee and tea kettle in room. Bed was clean and comfy. Telephone was retro. Lamps were very cool. Everything in the room was so cute and picture worthy.

Dark carpet hid the deep dirt that is there. We split some water and used towels to soak it up and they came up brown. Doors were a little hard to open/close, heavy and loud. Our neighbors coming in late sounded like someone was coming into our room. Bathroom mirror, counter and sink were clean, shower had some errant hairs, staining in the caulk, and there is no fan that you can turn on, just a vent. So smells and steam linger for a while.

Good location in downtown, with parking under the hotel. The University sports team theme is well done. The old student ID cards as room keys are a cute touch. Bed was comfy and there was a good sized shower in the bathroom

The pool in the basement seemed a bit tired and the walls a bit dirty. We were put off from using it.

Room was nicely appointed, and the location was super.

Staff was so-so: didn’t mention that rooms are serviced only by request, so we returned in the evening to a surprisingly unmade room. No coffee in lobby, only instant coffee in the room — very tacky for any hotel, especially at their price point.
