The service in the restaurant was super! And the food was great.

Had trouble with the TV. The UTube option didn't work. The media guy came promptly and brought a new remote but agreed the Utube was unavailable.

Conveniently located, clean, spacious. I appreciate having freshly cooked food for my meals on site. It’s the service really-everyone from the front desk staff to the cook and servers, and the housekeepers were efficient, knowledgeable, cheerful and courteous. This service has been consistent through several stays. I have stayed at several different facilities in the Hilton chain, in different cities.

Pricey considering that it was off-season.

I like the convenience of the location and the onsite restaurant, the perfect comfort of the bed, and most of all, the kind and efficient service of the staff. I especially want to commend Jose for his gracious and kind welcome. 🙏🏼

It’s just perfect-my home away from home. I’ll be back.

The room was very nice

I prefer a robe to wear. Price was a bit much with all tax and fees. I was staying as my daughter is in the hospital so with the price I could bot stay two nights.

In-room jaquzzi tub was amazing! Felt clean, worked great. The shower was nice too, big.

Could hear people in the hallway VERY WELL and wondered how well they could hear us. Wish the communication on checkout times, restaurant menus, etc, was more robust. Once I left the front desk, it was impossible to find out when checkout was or what the restaurant served, when it closed, etc.

Location was good. It was confusing as to what was included in the room rate and what was an extra cost.

A full breakfast menu should be included with the room rate.

It was very close to all of the food places and also our shuttle destination for the ducks game.

I'm surprised that considering they charge twice as much as the hotels around them that they couldn't throw in a free breakfast. We paid over 200.00 per night, and the quality Inn which is right next door, ( which I wasn't aware of when I booked), is 109.00 per night with free breakfast. I kind of expected more amenities from a hilton. We stayed 2 nights and they gave us enough coffee for one night. They don't clean the rooms every day which is fine, but you don't get things replaced like you would otherwise. I guess I could have asked but I just expected more from a Hilton. Other then that, it was a nice hotel, but just average. We will stay elsewhere the next time though.

We especially appreciated the management, the front desk people and Kristin and Carrie in the restaurant. They were amazing!
