Location was near my daughter’s softball tourney. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay! We would come back.

The room was sprayed with and artificial air freshener and it gave me an instant headache. I would recommend a natural air fresher or nothing at all.

This was the best Hampton I've stayed in for years. Facility was clean. Water was provided. Beds were comfortable. Windows that open. Air in the room. Breakfast better than usual. Surprising attention to detail. Location somewhat far from our freeway route but I would definitely use the extra few minutes to stay here again.

Free Champagne, with a back rub before bed!!!! LOL Can't think of a thing (that's appropriate!) Ha.

This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations and experiences with other Hampton Inns particularly in the cleanliness of my room AND the breakfast area. It is so hard to keep eating areas clean during breakfast but somehow they managed. All the staff I encountered were so very responsive, friendly, and helpful which I greatly appreciated.

Booked an elevator adjacent room which was super noisy. In the future I'll not book by the elevator, that is on me as the staff mentioned during booking that an elevator close room was available but not that it was noisy there.

The breakfasts were great! Always the basics plus a variety of hot food choices. Our room was very quiet even though the hotel is near a busy street. The staff were friendly and helpful at all hours. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

I’m on a horrible special diet. The waitress went out of her way to find me something to eat. She is an exceptional, compassionate worker. You are lucky to have her!

Only more low cholesterol, low fat items (fruits)!

The bed was comfortable

We stayed there because we came to Eugene to bury my son and we had to leave early due to another emergency but the girl behind the desk was not helpful in trying to refund our second day. Won’t be staying here again

The charge was $80 MORE than if I booked 2 days earlier or later! That is price gouging which is illegal! I stay at Hampton when available but this has changed my mind!
