We were very pleased with our experience at La Quinta in Springfield, OR. The front desk clerk was very gracious and was able to give us rooms next to each other for us and my adult children. The room was quiet for the most part, although there was some thumping in the room above us (jumping kids?). The bathroom was very spacious, as was the room. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower and drain worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice, lots of selection and good coffee. The room was bright, cheerful and clean. All in all, a great experience. We would select this La Quinta again when coming to the area.

One minor issue. The area over the bar table sink needs a light. This is the only thing I can think of.

Beautiful room, roomy and working bathroom, clean, bed comfortable, parking lot well lit, staff very helpful and friendly, location near restaurants, small shopping center, and gas station. Conveniently near the freeway.

Having 120-volt outlets near parking so residents can charge their vehicles. I do not expect the higher Level 2 or fast chargers but having a regular wall outlet near the parking would give an excellent rating. Management can lock the outlets and unlock them for residents who want to use them. The nearby Marriot and Holiday Inn had Tesla charging in their lots.

Excellent location. Near interstate, shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Pet friendly.

Facilities maintenance seems to be lacking since my last visit (I have stayed here 3-4 times previously). From tp holders not screwed into the wall properly, to thinner towels, things just seemed like they were aging without excellent maintenance . Also, I was on the first floor and it was a bit noisy. With so many other hotel choices nearby, not sure I would stay here again as opposed to choosing another hotel line.

Great breakfast options. Really made GREAT availability to offer so many options! The lobby for breakfast was also top notch. VERY clean! Always was set and ready for continuing patrons.

I wish I had a way to have room service come once a day to restock towels, remove full trash cans, take dirty dishes, and remove dirty laundry. By the time I left it looked like it was hit by a tornado of trash and laundry.

The food tastes good. They kept it stocked. The area was clean.

First, during the weekend the juices were really watered down. Monday morning they were really good. Second, I asked if they had hot chocolate for the kids, they said that it is spring so they don’t put out hot drink? They had coffee for adults. Third, they have hot waffles but the butter is rock hard in the refrigerator and could be spread. The waffles were cold by the time it melted. A little more kids friendly choices like Mini muffin or pastry.

The stay was very good, it met my needs for a very early flight out of EUG. The staff were really nice and professional. I think the manager gave me a discount because one of my favorite channels would not work.

My only issue was the bedding, it did not breath enough for me...had to turn down the AC to compensate and it was pretty loud cycling on and off, so this made for less sleep than I would have liked.

Nice clean and modern hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast good, and the location was great. Lots of restaurant choices nearby

My wife didn’t have a convenient, well lit location to do her makeup… a makeup mirror in the bathrooms would be helpful. The internet was no terribly fast. It worked, but it was slow… The TV reception was spotty… several desired channels were not available.

Room and facilities were very clean, staff was very responsive and friendly

I arrived in town an hour early and would have had to pay extra to check in. Had to juggle my schedule and not check in until after a meeting. I suspect the room was clean already but that didn't matter. The price paid should have been sufficient to check in... it would not have required any extra work on staff's part.

Convenience to major freeway and near Eugene greater area.

I asked to move rooms after the first night because there was considerable road noise on one side of the building that faces a busy street. They were very accommodating and the next two nights on the parking lot side of the building was much quieter. If noise like that affects you (I live on a quiet street at home) call and book directly and request.

The breakfast was great! The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and very polite. The breakfast room was very clean and sticked. The girl that was taking care of the food area was very friendly (even apologized for the slow cooking toaster)

There were several people living in cars and using an outdoor outlet near a side door for charging phones etc... A staff person did come out and put a lock on the box to cover the outlet. I hope the staff continues to stay safe. It is a little scarey to have to walk thru the parking area where those individuals are to get to restaurants etc...
