Our car broke down on the way to a medical appointment, and the staff was truly amazing. We had no car and were lucky to have friends get us the next day, and the staff and hotel were so accommodating and helpful. They made our stressful situations have one less worry. The breakfast was super good and so much to pick from. We wouldn't have been able to drive anywhere cause we had no car and this really helped soooo much. What also helped make our stay relaxing was the jacuzzi tub in our room. This helped me have something to look forward to. The staff is truly kind and caring. Thank you so much.

I liked the breakfast/the eggs are so-so. Things were hot. Area was clean. Staff was exceptional. So friendly and always greeted me. Helpful with some local directions and recommendations for a restaurant. Quiet hotel. Has an elevator for those that can't do the stairs. Close to gas station. Nice location for activities in Eugene, without the Eugene traffic.

One side of the bed was a bit squeaky, so I just moved to the middle of my king-sized bed.

Convenient, clean, and safe. A few restaurants nearby, and very close to Cottage Grove restaurants, shops, and MUCH cheaper gas than right off the highway. Also, they had an elevator (accessible only w/ room keys) so I didn’t have to drag suitcases up the stairs, and an excellent full breakfast (not continental) was included. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. I surmise the owners take pride in their hotel and hospitality!

The staff was so kind!! I wasn’t feeling well and they were compassionate and eager to help any way they could. They really were so sweet and kind and helpful!

The neighboring room was several kids and the parents slept separate from them (I’m assuming) because early in the morning the parents started banging loudly on their door and yelling at them to “get up because it was time to leave”! Since I wasn’t feeling well, I was trying to continue sleeping, which was impossible with all the commotion. But none of this was the staff fault. Just unfortunate for us.

The hotel was just what we expected, being right next to the freeway. The staff, however, was SUPERB! Check in was friendly and we were helped to find a restaurant for dinner. The real service was after we left- we thought we had left a rather important book there- they called us twice- I missed the first call- to let us know they hadn't found it. Luckily we did find it hidden in the car- but we cannot thank them enough for looking so hard and really taking the time to call us more than once!

The staff are extremely friendly and it feels very comfortable. They gave me a room that was less noisy when I asked for it. I watched them check in an ederly lady before me and the lady at the desk was very helpful and they even sent people to help go get her luggage and show her where her room was located.

It seems a littler overpriced but then there are only 2 motels in town and vrbo's

Right off of the freeway in the heart of fast food restaurants, gas stations and mini marts. Office help was exceptional. Room was clean and very comfortable. Missed the breakfast this time, but hope to return in the future.

I booked through a 3rd party and what was stated in the booking wasn't what got booked. This is the second time this year with 2 different online travel sites. From now on I will go directly through the company website and make the phone calls to verify.

Staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Check in was quick with clear and complete parking and room location directions. Motel is older, but our room was updated and in great shape. Room was spacious with an easy chair, a desk and desk chair, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and amenities. Room had quality linens and pillows and a good sized, wall-mounted TV. Room was clean and carpet was in good shape. Breakfast was very good - think Holiday Inn Express, but without the cinnamon rolls. We were there to view the eclipse, so most guests were on the same schedule, but there was enough room in the breakfast area for everyone.

Room number signs could be larger for those of us with less than perfect vision, though directions provided by staff mean we only needed the room number once we were very close to the room. Some ongoing construction outside, but nothing to cause problems with our stay

Very clean and comfortable and easy to get around town. Close to I-5. Bed linens were exceptionally nice. TV was easy to use and carried lots of variety in channels. Everything was in working order and they provided a nice warm breakfast to boot.

The skids on the bottom of the tub were a bit worn. It would be helpful to older people to have a mat available or newer skids placed in the tub. My partner slipped and fell. Not something they want to risk. Also, I didn't notice if there was a way to request a lower room but at 80 years old, it would've been helpful.

The location was good. Easy to find. Check in staff was very nice & helpful. I liked the bed - comfortable. Towels & linen were clean.

The furnishings were a little dated. The fabric covered chair was so dirty I couldn't sit in it. Needs to be thrown away - not cleaned. To be fair, I was in a pet room - but this was beyond just regular wear.
