Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The lady that does the breakfast-SUPER cheerful and friendly and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Great location - everything was so close by! We loved the cute little coffee shop we found that was about a 5 minute drive or less.

We initially only had 2 bath towels in our room and had to ask for more.

We traveled to Clarion, PA to meet up with our daughter and family to return our grand daughter who stayed with us here in Middletown,NY during the summer from Detroit, MI. The stay was very nice, great breakfast and staff was very nice and helpful since my wife had a foot injury and couldn't walk well. I just hope we can find a Hampton Inn like this on near Detroit.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast was fantastic. We love Esmeralda from the kitchen.

We had the room next to the laundry there was work being done and we could hear and feel the nagging on the walls we had to Turn the tv up really loud Also Sunday morning we eme to go swim amd the Pool was closed already for the day.

It was just a pleasant experience, clean, good breakfast, nice people and close to where it was where we needed to be.

Good location for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and we do enjoy the free breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

There was too much noise in the hallway after midnight

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Esmeralda in the breakfast area was so nice and friendly. Made you smile in the morning.

Pool was great.

Check in didn’t go well. The Booking.com credit card was rejected. I had to use my own card. When the hotel added $10 for incidentals, the Booking.com credit card rejected the different price. Doesn’t booking.com know that hotels need to charge for incidentals? I worked out the issue myself with the hotel manager.

It’s always clean. Staff is great.

The weight Room won’t allow kids under 18 without a parent. My teenager 16 wanted to workout But I was watching my son in the pool area

Easy off highway. Very clean and quiet. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Best nights sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had!

No fan in the bathroom was the only draw back.
