The staff was phenomenal. The young Ms. Taylor at the front desk exceeded my expectations. I have encountered others who nod and smile, but she went beyond a friendly, smiling face. She was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility and city. She assisted me with an issue with my tv fix. She was always keeping busy, smiling and and greeting anyone coming in. Also, calm in situations as I witnessed a drunk overnighter who kept bothering her. Her manager as well helped with the a/c unit. This was the best encounter I had at a motel 6. Superb Hospitality!

The beds were not comfortable, but I believe when you're used to sleeping in your own certain bed and sleep in a foreign one, it's expected

I understand covid screwed up everything! First of all, I reserved online 6 days before my stay. 45 minutes before my arrival, I received a call saying they had no smoking rooms clean. I was tired, so I said non- smoking was ok. I checked in and got to my room and was very surprised! Nothing except a bed, tv, dresser, and a bathroom! No fridge. No coffee maker. No microwave. No hair dryer. Rooms should be cheaper if they only contain a bed, tv, and a bathroom! I was a little upset to see I had to keep my drinks and snacks in my vehicle! I've stayed there many times as it's a halfway point on my destination, and I love the Mexican restaurant on the premises, but I may consider looking elsewhere close by for future trips.

It's not fancy. No special amenities, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it's pet friendly. If you plan to spend the day in your room, I don't recommend it. I was there to take my dogs hiking in the nearby state park lands. The Mexican food at the attached restaurant was really good.

Limited tv channels.

The most important thing for me, when staying in a hotel while traveling, is the proprietor's and staff's response to and respect for me as a guest. I appreciate the affordable price of this hotel and the willingness of the proprietor to satisfy guests' expectations.

Decent rooms. Comfortable bed.

Did not receive any room care during our 2 day stay. There was a hand written envelope on the nightstand upon our arrival. Thanking us for staying with them and signed by the room attendant (assumed). In the corner of the envelope was written "tip" and on the back said "please seal". Some black (possibly mold) around the tub caulking. Bags of trash sat outside the entrance door we were told to use during the whole time we stayed. Steps on stairs were taped with black electrical tape to secure the runs.

No breakfast, ample parking,close to other restaurants and stores and services like gas stations and easy access to the highway

Exercise room was being repaired and pool was closed and was going to get repaired soon

Overall, good. But treadmill not running properly in fitness center. I rode spinning bike but I would have preferred a run on treadmill.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. There is a Mexican restaurant attached and an Applebee's across the street. Walmart very close. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The location was great! We loved the hot tub! We loved that the hotel is pet friendly, our dog loved it

The snack machines were down That there was no tablet to write on, no breakfast, No extra blankets

It was just coffee which was fine a extra key card was given so my brother had one for himself

The only thing I was hoping for was using the pool unfortunately it was closed
