Hotel was mediocre. Stayed in better places

Received an email after I booked , saying hotel had a heated pool ( was nice ) and a jacuzzi/hot tub ( wasn’t working/ taped off and under construction? ). Wall paper in bathroom was falling off and floor in entry way of room was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable. Via my banking app on my phone I was charged almost $40 over what my receipt from hotel gave me upon checkout. Was supposed to be $165.? And my banking app said I was charged $200.39 !! Unreal !!

The facility is immaculate, and the entre staff was friendly, warm, and personable, especially the overnight desk lady who had treats for my cat upon arrival. Most impressive was the quality of the furniture, especially the pool/lawn chairs, which were solid and comfortable for myself, a 420lb 6' 1" guy. Breakfast is great, and I thank the entire staff for a warm welcoming to my new home, the State of Pennsylvania. Gods blessings with US all!

That I had to leave...

The hotel itself was clean and amazing even after having not been there in a few years! Staff were helpful and amazing! Hotel accommodations were pleasant for what was advertised via the site! While the wifi didn't work at first, there was a workaround that the staff had to help guests get connected for the hotel's free wifi!

The' hot breakfast at Hampton Inns is consistent, but usually, not really great or worth eating (and this applies to nearly every one). I normally just eat cereal with some dried fruit if available. Although I have noticed some hotels buy cheap Raisin Bran (and yes, I can tell the difference).

As with the other review, staff was able to help accommodate with changing the room and providing key cards when the first reservation finished out and the second reservation was a continual stay for the same room!

The fact that they had a pool was pretty awesome. We did go to the fitness center. Free breakfast was kind of cool.

There were a lot of screaming kids in the pool for a long time. It's very off-putting. Actually didn't mind the kids so much as the fact that nobody controlled them and the staff didn't say anything to the parents.

Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable and had a very clean room. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion they provide is fantastic. Very large pool.

Maybe offering a game room.

Breakfast buffet awesome, snack area, coffee bar. The room was large.

Got chemical conjunctivitis cyst from chlorine in the pool, also it was way too hot and heavy to breathe in the pool area needs better ventilation and the pool needs fresh water. Shower head outdated, hard to rinse hair. And maybe some more tables in breakfast area.

OK with Me............................We found this Neet lounge/restaurant in Downtown Danville we loved it i think the name was PUB 11 .............very good.................very good food and safe place...............and prices rite

Not anything that i can remember..........

We have stayed here before so I liked that I knew where it was located (it’s sort of tucked behind a gas station, right near the Danville exit for 1-80. (The previous time we had a bit of trouble finding it). We also use this hotel for a specific event in nearby Elysburg.

Strangely the door to our room didn’t close automatically. I always had to specifically close the door which was a bit strange, it looked like it had been shaved down on the edge as if it had been sticking. Also I felt it wasn’t all that sound proof, I could hear others alarms in the morning as well as elevator transit noise etc.
