“I had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location right on the Strip. Even though it’s at the far end, it was quiet and relaxing. The pool area was a nice bonus, and the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the bathroom needed some attention, with mold around the shower, stained curtains, and low water pressure. Also, there was a male staff member at the front desk who wasn’t very pleasant and had a bit of an attitude. With some updates and more consistent customer service, this could be a much better stay.

the rooms were large, roomy and well laid out! the beds were very comfortable! I have a lot of difficulty sleeping in hotels/motels, strange beds etc and seldom get any sleep! I did well here. the staff was very cheerful & helpful. The breakfast and lady attending to the breakfast were great! I wish there was a hotel of this caliber in Wildwood NJ & Lancaster PA. in this price range! great job on everyone's part here! The breakfast like this, by itself would have probably cost my wife and I $30 at a restaurant!

That's what comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very nice. They have this light in the bathroom.That's like a heating lamp to heat up the room.So that when you get out of the shower you're not freezing. That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen.I have never seen that in any hotel.

There was a smell in the room when we first arrived.Although after we turned off, the air conditioning went out for dinner and came back.The smell was gone so I think it might have something to do with the air conditioning. We notified the staff about it.

The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were in working order. Staff was helpful and accommodated us so we could just go to our room when we were arriving late & just wanted rest. Room was easy to access. The hotel was easy to find and had lots of parking. Easy check in and easy checkout.

I'm super picky about the small details. None of which have any affects on the enjoyment of our stay but when paint is bubbling or there is damage to walls(usually in bathrooms) it should be fixed. General maintenance shows that the owner/company cares about the facilities and their customers.

The location was perfect, nice and quiet.

I was concerned about the curtain covering the window since we were on the first floor. You were unable to close the curtain all the way to conceal the room. There was just a shear curtain covering the middle of the window. Considering the Holiday Inn shared the parking lot.

I am a handicapped senior and have trouble walking far distances. The staff was kind enough to give me a room on the first floor close to everything. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The price was the lowest I could find in that area. Very nice breakfast buffet.

I had called prior to my stay and requested a bath chair but wasn't told that I needed to order one.

Breakfast was pretty good for what it was and well stocked, and the reception area was well decorated, and the water bottles and chips were a bonus

The only thing I think that they might need to tweak is have a little better control of the thermostat. Ours was not realistic and a lot warmer than the Number said on the wall and there was no way to manually get it to just run.

I thought the breakfast was good.I don’t usually eat a big breakfast so it was perfect!

My sister and I ( she ended up spending the night with me) thought there may have been something wrong with the toilet because when you sat on it it made a weird noise like something was loose. Maybe check into it.

Best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Especially the lady working the breakfast. She kept busy and was very nice.

Our sink had a crack. The shower worked well, but was old. And I sure wish hotels could get rid of that scent they all seem to have. Like icky cleaning products.

Great place for the money. We were there for a field hockey tournament. Stayed the weekend. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was nice to have on site. The older lady working the breakfast was so sweet! Place was clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints here!
