Was close to multiple boat ramps for easy loading and unloading of kayak and gear. Caught a ton of fat smallmouth, 4th time staying in same motel and same room.

Usually I have zero complaints with this location, but this time my room had piss ants, and every evening I was harassed by homeless kitties that would beg and beg til I gave them something to eat. I'm worried they traded it for catnip. Also, the shower curtain rod was barely attached, and the curtain hung into the tub, and made for a slip hazard. Other than that, everything was great.

The night staff was very quick to check us in and was able to give us a good room so we didn't get too much of the highway noise. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean with a good sized mini fridge.

The building is right on the highway so if you can get a room on the back side or on the inside ends between the 2 buildings.

Great location for fishing locally. Excellent price. Park right outside the room.

It is on a major highway, so there is some noise. Nothing they could do about that. The room needs updating, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was pretty good.

I loved the place because it was really clean and the people that work there seem to really want to help and make your stay better. I loved that I did not have to worry about taking a shower there and they had a small fridge that was really convenient and a microwave and a table that u could eat at, its something small but sometimes its what it takes to make your stay more comfortable. I liked that they called and ask if I need anything before I even checked in that was a nice touch to my whole experience.

maybe the noise from the street but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it place close to a main street besides my hubs snoring overpowered any noise, so we are good lol. Definitely is one of the places that I am gone stop by in the future whenever I am in the area.

Liked the nice shower and king bed was comfortable, location at back of motel was peaceful. Friendly staff at check-in gave me free bottled water and room was clean. 11:00am check out time is nice.

Fridge could be a little bigger for those who travel with more food, gallon size drinks won't fit.

The room was very very clean, small but cozy, lots of channels, everything worked and felt very welcomed by all.

Nothing, everything was completely comfortable and much nicer then expected for the price.

It is always nice and clean in the rooms and the bathrooms are modernized well. Good water pressure, good parking.

I showed up after being on the road all day. First the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. Super Friendly. They had plenty of space for my trailer. And there was a restaurant near to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was very neat and clean. the location was excellent. I will surely come back

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed my whole stay

Check in staff was a hell of a nice guy. Place was super clean, TV was newer, plenty it receptacles for chargers and such. Nice sink and bathroom. Overall a nice motel.

The price due to inflation is probably about 20 bucks too high.

I stayed at the Red Carpet Inn Duncannon because it was pet friendly & close to a dog event I had entered. The facility met my expectations nicely. The man who checked me in was friendly, professional & efficient. The room, while small, was ship-shape & what I expected. The bed was VERY comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, enough towels & a lovely bathroom with a high showerhead (I'm tall) & hot water with excellent pressure. The other guests weren't terribly noisy. I would definitely stay at this facility again should I find myself in the area & based on my experience, would recommend it.

The convenient location had one downside: walking my dog was difficult. Right on the Susquehanna Trail with lots of traffic speeding by made walking not safe (or smart!). I did find a road on the same side of the road as the Inn leading into a neighborhood that proved to be a good place to walk. As my dog & I walk 3-5 miles/day, walking/exercise is important. There's nothing that can be done about the fact the road is very busy, but I was asked the Q about what I didn't like. (When I stay at a motel/hotel, I've driven for hours & am uninterested in getting back into my car to try to find someplace less busy to walk my dog; thus, being able to easily walk right from the door of the motel/hotel is something I like.)
