Nice, clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy, shower was a treat in appropriate size and consistent water temp. Breakfast was as expected at a hotel, and attendant was on top of things keeping items well stocked and cleaning the eating and food prep areas constantly. Additionally, our room had a kitchenette that was well appointed. Will definitely stay again when in area.

Like many other hotels doors to adjoining rooms are thin and could hear conversations. This is a pet friendly hotel so do hear barkers if nearby. I own and sometimes travel with mine but might want to request a room not near a pet if this bothers you.

The staff was exceptional ! Very helpful, courteous and friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable. The outside patio areas were a very nice added touch.

Suggest adding some bacon and/or sausage to the breakfast area buffet . Other than that, the selection was great -/ all sorts of options for any pallet were available. The woman who cleaned tables was very nice ! The bathroom was small, but okay and well stocked with linens .

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Small Kitchenette had everything you need including a dishwasher. Staff was very nice. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very good. Great value for your money. Would highly recommend. Our family had no complaints. This is the first stay we have said “wow” what a nice hotel.

All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and hardworking. We could see the pride they took in maintaining the hotel, and it showed in how clean and comfortable things were! We will absolutely stay here again when we're in Mechanicsburg.

This is the 3 rd time we stay here you can’t get a better place , cleanliness , friendly staff , room was more than expected great location would highly recommend this place .

The staff was very friendly especially the front desk young man! We had a bit of an issue that was no fault of the hotel but the young man helped us out right away and made sure we felt comfortable right away!

The bathroom was a bit dirty especially the shower. Room smelled a little bit wonky, but other than that it was a great stay!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, & it never disappoints! The breakfast options are great! My kids LOVE the waffles! The rooms are more spacious than most standard hotel rooms, & the full size kitchen is wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located off the highway and near so many restaurant, grocery & shopping options.

Bathroom space is a little tight, plus we found the shower floor to be extremely slippery.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was very clean. Pool was a comfortable temp. My kids enjoyed the water. Overall experience was welcoming and we will be booking again in the future.

No so clean, and the bottle of body wash was empty.. I have requested to please make sure the room was pet smell free .since I have many allergies and I wasn't satisfied with that

There was some trash (tissue on the floor) when we checked in😒. Also, first night around 10:30pm the fire alarm went off and once downstairs/outside, no real information or direction was given.
