The owner was really helpful regarding a mistake made while using the booking.com website. An extra room got booked & charged in error & he was the person responsible for helping get the issue resolved. He was very responsive to my request for help when I explained that booking.com customer service was completely useless, and that I was getting no where with them. He assisted with getting me a refund for the 2nd room that was charged in error, and even sent me an email confirmation of the refund. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received & would stay again if in the area.

The front desk staff was great, very nice. Very accommodating. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good for what they had. Could have had a few more things for breakfast. But I have no complaints. It's in a great location, restaurants all around you. Grocery stores everywhere. You can actually walk to all of it. We walked to Walmart.. I will definitely go back to stay here again hopefully soon..

We were in town for a wedding and booked at days inn last minute because of problems at the hotel we had booked. We needed to get ready for a wedding asap and called them to see if there was anyway to check in earlier than 3. Vic answered the phone and was so nice. He said give him 15 mins and he’d have us a room ready. We were there within five mins and he checked us right in. He was truly a pleasure and we would stay here again just because of him. The room was nice and clean. Great experience. We had reservations at the quality inn across the street and had picked it because it had check in an hour earlier than all the other hotels. We even called the day before and checked in this again. When we arrive they had the doors locked and when they finally opened the doors they informed us that they weren’t ready and were pushing all check ins out to later in the day. On top of that they were rude and the hotel looked run down. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend Days Inn.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and there were convenient restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast options were really good as well.

Not a real complaint, more a concern...the kitchen circuit blew one morning, and the outlets everywhere looked worn or a bit toasty..

The room was very clean and i was supprised on how the pillows and sheets looked white clean. You don't see that often in other hotels.

The customer above our room kept walking non stop and moving things around the room for hours, We called the receptionist to have a talk wih him or her. She said she will take car of it, but it didn't change. We were so tired to request another room that we ended up sleeping and trying to ignore the noise coming from above. Not a good experience specially when we paid about $106 for one night. This is not what we were expecting.

Everything was sparkling clean and the desk clerk was so sweet & helpful. She was nice enough to give me a ground floor room right around the corner so I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. There was even a little hand written welcome from housekeeping! I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this property.

The hotel is in an older building in need of updating. And it's basically in a walmart parking lot.

I liked how easy it was to check in. I also liked the fact that the front desk clerk was very friendly.

I didn't like that breakfast was waffles, coffee, microwavable eggs, yogurt, or toast. I also didn't like the fact that the elevator was broken and not informed of it.

Very comfortable, cool eclectic mix of old and new fixtures in the room, extremely clean. Perfect location.

A couple of outlets needed attention to get working in the morning. Staff fixed it.

It was convenient and clean beds were clean and comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast but others were satisfied with it. Staff was very kind.
