Everything was exactly as advertised with the addition of some Christmas decorations throughout the cabin. It made it feel more festive & personable.

The washer/dryer wasn’t advertised, at least not that I saw. The “porch” at the bottom of the outside steps was missing a few boards throughout, making it unsafe. Would’ve liked to spend more time down there.

Very much showed age. Items in disrepair and wifi only worked first few hours of a 6 night stay. Created several work issues as I had to go into town or up the mountian more for a cell signal. Mngt said they tried to fix it twice than said nothing they can do they will check with owners. We never heard back. Almost fell through rotten stairs out back. Hot tub worked great but cover handles were broken and made it hard to close. The beds were like sleeping on boards and pillow super flat to the point we purchasrd some. Upstairs bathroom clearly a retro build in a closet. I'm a small guy and still couldn't move in shower. It's smaller than a cruise ship for comparison. Fans and house very dirty with bugs and dust. No screens upstairs so couldn't open windows. The one window with a screen wouldn't stay open.

the view and size was great. cabin was dirty. No WiFi, hot tub nasty dirty. we cleaned it to use it. mold around windows, toilets dirty, showers had mold.

We arrived at 1/1:30am. We went to sleep exhausted and woke up in a bed filled with crumbs and dirty sheets. The whole upstairs, primarily the master suite was infested with lady bugs! We actually came home with live and dead lady bugs in our suit cases. They were flying around and on us as we slept. I reached out the next morning to the management company to inform them of the dirty sheets we slept on and the patio furniture being stacked up as if it was creating a barrier from a something large coming on the porch or something small leaving the porch. They only responded to the patio furniture and said, “the wind must have blown it.” This is heavy metal and some plastic. But mostly metal. No response of, “I’ll send the housekeeping crew to come change your sheets.” The house felt extremely dirty. Especially the floors. The tile has black on them not their natural color, baseboards are filthy, and things sticking to your bare feet as you walk through the house was disgusting. The walls need a lot of repair and repaint jobs; that are incomplete or untouched from previous damage. The views were amazing! The cleanliness of the home, wanted me to bathe 4x’s a day. The patio furniture in disarray and unusable, we were locked out of the condo before our 10 AM (our checkout time), they did not leave enough trash bags, we had to wash our sheets and the quilt on the bed because they were dirty with stains and crumbs. I do NOT recommend this home to anyone until these issues are resolved. I saw these concerns from previous renters (the earliest being 8 months ago) and hoped it was resolved by now! But clearly they do not care and want to make a dolor. The internet sucked. The television was horrible! And we are small people and were terrified the 2 platforms going up the steps were going to cave as there is nothing solid under them. Your cell phone to call out/in is unusable due to WiFi and they have a landline there, but disconnected so others can’t use it.
