Breakfast very good but OJ was good wed but watery thursday; excellent bacon or ham disc circle patties; instant chocholate mix available; coffee light roast was watered down. View of town set in mountains was nicely mixed view from room. Shades were very good with sunscreen pull down shade behind pull down very heavy sun blocking curtains. No room drawers was inconvenient. Bathroom was wonderfull with modern glass sliding door shower and mirrored wall with good lighting; no bathroom heat light nor ventilation switch or blower for ventillating bad smells. Good room door security. Bed very comfortable with extra pillows. Very clean hotel everywhere in it! Layout of pool inside medium size and jucuzi outside with comfortable chairs and several firepits that heat you always on. Trolley from downtown runs you around town in about 15>30 minutes. Desk clerk can see where trolley is in real time and can contact trolley directly to tell them you're waiting and you can get application for your phone. Very friendly people in town. Our favorite hotel and place in our country so far. Lived up to HILTON name with comfortably modern structure and style; not extremely modern. To-go brakfast bags were good with bottle water, muffin, etc.. We'll be back next year!

Room had no dresser drawers for clothes.

the room was just enough space for my family of 4. I just wish that if the rooms are going to be thermostat controlled, that there be a little better air flow accommodation. the bed closest to the unit burned up, while the other people in the other bed froze. The view was great. the convenience of the hotel was the BEST part of our stay.

the breakfast was not very good. the gravy tasted like it was old and had ZERO flavor. IMO there needed to be more options for breakfast. the Sausage was BURNT to a crisp. The juice machine was all out of juice, and the other spouts of the machine, were pouring out straight water. we chose to eat out every day of our stay.

That we had to pay for parking. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at none has ever charged me to park my car.

Enough space. Nice terrace where you can relax and watch the stream. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, activities.

Our only complain was - they don’t have extra blanket! What??? We requested for a blanket because we used the sofa bed to sleep and needed blanket - NONE. They cldnt find a single one.

breakfast was great. Hotel was neat and clean for the most part. And the fact that this Hampton had a balcony was a bonus, the staff was friendly and professional especially Julie Hernandez, ( General Manager ) when it came time to check, out. only stayed 1 of our 4 nights, choose to leave for personal reason, and NOT because of the hotel...awesome place to stay, it was way way to busy for our needs, and would have to walk EVERYWHERE. Gatlinburg was not the town for us, Julie checked us out, and said should would do what she could to see if we could be refunded the remaining 3 days, understood if could not be done, it was our choice to leave early, she did get us reimbursed for our remaining 3 night, thank you Julie and Hampton corporation. Hampton is our 1st choice for Hotels if available when we road trip...

Very clean, nice staff and great breakfast

The swimming pool was great after a hot day! Wife not happy with hot tub water and maybe needs to flushed out!

The room was nice & comfortable. We did find it a little odd that there were no drawers in the room to unpack our clothes. The beds were comfortable & we slept well, with plenty of pillows. The breakfast which was included was awesome. I figured it would be a few items but it was so much more. There were scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, meats, cereals, hot & cold, muffins, fruits, toasts, variety of juices & coffee etc. It was a very nice surprise. The indoor pool was nice & warm & the hot tub was amazing. The hotel was the best part of our trip.

Front desk personnel were awesome we had a small problem with the low toilet in our room and she was able to put us in a handicap room and problem was solved. Room clean and the bed was very comfortable. Love that they are pet friendly.

The low toilet it is awful when you are old.

I love everything ❤️ me and husband were there for our anniversary. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and we were close enough to walk to all the attractions, shops, and food places. We would definitely be coming back. Also all the staff was very friendly. My husband enjoyed socializing with the young maintenance man. We love seeing bears everyday. We definitely give this hotel a A+

I only thing I wish was better was the pillows on the bed

The breakfast was very good. All items were fresh and well presented. The location was convenient for downtown activities. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable.

No need to write anything here. Everything exceeded expectations.
