Location is the best part! The easy accessibility to downtown and the best view u can get from bottom is the plus point. We have been here 2 times and both times minimum 2-3 bears have visited the property roaming into parking area and passing by
The bathrooms are slightly small, and commode was wobbly. Towels though clean were old and may be refreshing them would be gr8. Sofa and carpet of steam cleaned will make the cleanliness level go above average

Location Cleanliness Amenities I mean not a single fault we could find…. Totally solid worth for money…. Amazing location, amazing view from balcony and in heart of city very very much wheel chair friendly and the most amazing thing is we saw bear right in front of our hotel, in the parking like 5 ft away…. Came in afternoon to hunt the trash can
Simply nothing can be negative about the property

I’m up late at night and every time we stay there ,there is a lot of banging around and what sounds like construction of some kind going on in at least one room and sometimes more. Sometimes it wakes us but not this visit.

Location was fantastic!! The comforter on the bed DEFINITELY needs an upgrade, wouldn’t hurt to add a mattress protector either. Also, there was only 1 chair on the balcony which made it difficult for the two of us to sit together and enjoy the view.. Good value for the money though! Just needs some attention to the small things.
Overall a good stay!

It was nice the stove was a little small . My granddaughter has food allergy’s so we cooked a little. But it worked out it’s a nice place to stay. I’m a little older we walked the back way to town a couple times.
The only grip was the stove . I had to wiggle the burners to get them to work. But they did.

Nice quiet location but walking distance to the Gatlinburg “strip”. The unit was updated and comfortable.
We brought our own pillows and blanket. The provided pillows were full and firm and we did not use them. The towels were fine but a bit thin and small. Everything else was fine.

The location was great to walk to everything. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the bottom to go into town but it’s a perfect location.

The in-room fireplace is what sold me. The unit was completely stocked with everything we needed. It was as close to being at home as it gets. I will not be staying in a hotel after staying here.
I honestly have no complaints to make.

It was convenient to walk into town for dinner but far enough away to be quiet. The balcony does look right over the pool so it’s probably noisier when that’s open. 15 min drive to Rainbow Falls TH.
The parking lot spaces were a little wonky because it’s sloped.
