it was so close to downtown within walking distance for sure. made it so much easier to be able to do things. was best option as well the price was so low. there was breakfast also. the room was nice for the price as well. it had all the essentials you would need to stay for a few nights

To have way better parking, also make the sign bigger so we can see where it is so we dont keep driving forever. I drove for an hour trying to find this place. It also would have be nice to have more than one spot to park because when you have more than one vehicle. but overall an amazing stay

For me, location was ideal. A short walk to nearby restaurants on the main street in Gatlinburg. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was excellent.

Hotel is tired. I have stayed there in the past. Upgrades are being made, slowly. Floors/carpet are worn and could benefit from thorough cleaning, especially in the corners and 'hard to reach' bits. Elevator carpet was worn and soiled. Construction materials were piled near elevator entrance on basement level. Breakfast is minimal and breakfast room is small.

When there was a problem with the booking, the staff made it right. It took a few minutes but the young lady at the front desk fixed it. Made our stay comfortable and affordable.

I was disappointed with booking.com. I feel like when there is a problem, they don't even try to fix anything they just push you through with someone who doesn't speak English or has such a heavy accent you can't understand them. They leave it up to the motel to fix the issues.

We have stayed here for over 25 years several times a years. It’s comfortable, convenient. Staff is great .

The only issue is at 5:30 in the morning they are sending text and emails wanting to find out when you will be leaving. We know 11:00 am is checkout . This seems a little rediculous and unprofessional. This is the first time this has ever happened. We assume there is new management being we didn’t see any of the great people who used to be there.

Took a last minute trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee, and booked a room overnight with the Microtel Inn and Suites. It had a very safe parking area, the staff was amazing and the room was very accommodating considering the affordable price. The rooms and lobby were very clean . The Inn is located beside the convention center and we were attending the crafts Fair which worked out great for duel parking reasons.

The beds were very firm 😞😞

We appreciate its proximity to everything, and the amenities are a plus, including a fridge, microwave, and ironing board.

We have stayed here a few times without any issues, but this time there was a foul smell coming from the room. We discovered that the odor was originating from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the toilets are quite uncomfortable because they are very low.

The location and price was great! Very comfortable beds. The room was clean.

The hotel was visably older, but not necessarily poor quality. The bathroom floor had large cracks in several places, and the shower looked old and not super clean, but doable for one night. The breakfast did not have a ton of options, brown bananas and toaster pancakes and what looked like Little Debbie snacks. BUT for the price and location, this was fine!

Everything was great, staff was great and very accommodating. Only thing I wish they would do is put more towels in the room instead of 2, and more pillows instead of 2: but other than that it was great for the price. Cheapest place I found for our trip.

The motel was located just across the road from the conference center and made it very easy to walk back and forth to meetings.

Renovations were being made, which are needed in some areas, I was concerned the outside stairwell door did not latch due to wet paint and work being done. I understand these updates were necessary, however I believe the door could have been locked at night.

Great location, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet at night so we got good sleep , parking was good also. They have bed bug covers on the mattresses which took a load off my mind.

No microwaves in the rooms, the beds aren't comfy and the wifi kept kicking me off , not the greatest, the girl at check in was too busy on her phone (with it on speaker to where we could here the conversation ) when we arrived to tell me anything about our room location or where anything was in the place, we had to go back in and ask her which way it was and closest place to park to it.
