Was a great location and beautiful view from the top floor balcony.

I booked a room with jetted tub and a balcony. When I got there they gave me pretty much a basement room with a view of a concrete wall and definitely no balcony. I went to the front desk and showed my confirmation and still had to argue a few minutes before I got my correct room. The confirmation from Booking should show every detail so it is easier to explain to the front desk.

The room was nice. Loved the jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the squishy pillows. The location was the best. The free breakfast was very good. They served scrambled eggs and sausage. Bagels and toast and muffins were aplenty. Pancakes were served, although I didn't eat any. The staff was nice. I would definitely stay again.

The dining area was too small but I got my food and took it to my room. Not a big deal.

We stayed in room 145 C. Great location, room was clean, we could see the mountains from the balcony and from the side balcony we could watch the sky lift and bridge. The bed was comfy, the fridge and microwave worked. Our room had a hair dryer and if you forgot to bring soap, the bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The water was nice and hot. The bathtub was HUGE and would be perfect if you needed to soak after walking all day.

The lighting was a little dim.

Location is phenomenal! Everything is close by and within a ten minute walk. Rooms were clean, and staff was fantastic. We got towels hung on our door the second day even though we didn't want house keeping. Was pretty awesome they thought of that!

Parking at this location is terrible. Breakfast nook is very very tiny, and quickly becomes overwhelming if more than a few people are trying to grab a quick bite before leaving, possibly could implement a grab and go option. we only got breakfast one morning due to the large amount of people. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but bearable. Shower water pressure was to be desired, it was nonexistent.

Staff was awesome! Large, clean and unobstructed room. Location to the entertainment areas was great. So close that you can literally crawl back to the hotel from the 2 “moonshine tasting”. 2 blocks from Sugarland distillery, with a great bar and live music and 1 block from Ole Smoky distillery. Yummy Rogers Peach and Banana Pudding!

It rained 2 of 8 days, but didn’t stop us. That was the Dolly Stampede, the Redneck Comedy Bus tour and a short drive to the biggest knife store I’ve ever been to, and it was an all day experience. Hotel was still great!!! Had 4 nights of black bear sightings in the parking lot. Not aggressive but BIG! Just walk the balcony along side them and they disappear across the street.

We have dogs and we were able to save money by bringing them and not having to board them. I checked around and they were the cheapest for pet rates. The room was big enough for both kennels for two labs. We also loved that the location was in the heart of town and we did not have to drive anywhere once we got there. They also have a nice breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, toast, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, OJ, apple juice, hot cocoa, tea. They are very friendly and helpful.

We were told there was an indoor pool and that was one of the plus to stay at this location because my grandson loves to swim. When we got to the pool we quickly found out the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not working. It didn't stop my grandson from swimming though, but it stopped us from in with him lol.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Especially for the price!! The location was amazing - right on the strip and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (which saved $20 per day for parking!). The room looked just like the photos. It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

My only complaint is the blanket on the bed was extremely thin. I actually do not think it could even be considered a blanket, more like a sheet. Luckily the heat in the room worked very well! The bed itself and pillows were super comfy- just need better blankets!!

Our room was great! I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but my experience was nothing but positive. The rim was clean and cool. You can't beat the location. I don't like to get cleaning service while my stuff is in the room so I left the do not disturb sign on the door and they still delivered fresh towels every day. The tv is large (50-55"). I see a few people said the TV doesn't work. It's a smart tv so you need to log in to their wifi and agree to the terms to use it and it works fine. The room was updated, the beds were comfortable. The water pressure is really good. They had a large staff that always smiled and greeted you. I did not try the breakfast because there are so many good breakfast places in Gatlinburg so I can't comment on that. The pools were nice. I enjoyed everything about this stay.

The room was way bigger than we expected for a motel. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very well stocked with washcloths, bath towels and hand towels. 2 extra blankets were in the room also.. Had a lounge couch, a balcony, a desk area, along with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Even though I booked a room with one king size and a jetted tub which looked to be in the room and more like a jucuzzi that is not the room we received. It had 2 king size beds and the jetted tub was in the bathroom. Which was totally fine but the pictures online were misleading. There was a sink outside the bathroom. Then u had a full bathroom with another sink, jetted tub also a shower head. Instead of the regular motel soap, shampoo and conditioner they supplied name brand dove body wash and shampoo. There was no conditioner only shampoo. We brought our own so we didn't need that anyway. But made it nicer than the regular cheap motel stuff. We stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping did not come into the room to clean or anything but did leave a bag of fresh towels hanging on the door. We didn't mind that either considering we were gonna leave a Do not disturb sign on the door while we were gone but was unable to locate one. The room also contained a pretty good amount of storage area if you are there for an extended amount of time. Location and parking was perfect. You are right on the strip and walking distance of everything. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't leave a review for that. We will be return customers when we come back to Gatlinburg. Wanted to post more pics with my review but was only allowed 4.

Water pressure was horrible. And it was hard to regulate the hot water. It was either scolding hot or to cold. We were able to find an in between but that took a few min to do. Which again we weren't there but 2 days and could make it work..didn't care for the fact that the ice machine was in a whole different building. Again we were there for only 2 nights. We only needed ice one night.

The room was great, we had the quadruple room. Spacious area for family and beds were very comfortable! Excellent balcony view overlooking the Parkway. Breakfast was very good, we went down at 8am and had no issues with food availability. Location is excellent! Staff was nice enough, assisted with any extras we requested. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again.

Water pressure wasn’t the greatest on the second floor. Parking was tight, but this is to be expected in downtown area, most parking is tight.
