Was a great location and beautiful view from the top floor balcony.

I booked a room with jetted tub and a balcony. When I got there they gave me pretty much a basement room with a view of a concrete wall and definitely no balcony. I went to the front desk and showed my confirmation and still had to argue a few minutes before I got my correct room. The confirmation from Booking should show every detail so it is easier to explain to the front desk.

The room was nice. Loved the jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the squishy pillows. The location was the best. The free breakfast was very good. They served scrambled eggs and sausage. Bagels and toast and muffins were aplenty. Pancakes were served, although I didn't eat any. The staff was nice. I would definitely stay again.

The dining area was too small but I got my food and took it to my room. Not a big deal.

Enjoyed 2 pools, complimentary breakfast, quick and easy access to main street.

Not a lot of space to walk dog

We stayed in room 145 C. Great location, room was clean, we could see the mountains from the balcony and from the side balcony we could watch the sky lift and bridge. The bed was comfy, the fridge and microwave worked. Our room had a hair dryer and if you forgot to bring soap, the bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The water was nice and hot. The bathtub was HUGE and would be perfect if you needed to soak after walking all day.

The lighting was a little dim.

Everything, shops, attractions , resturants are all within inches of the hotel Big, spacious rooms with balconies Comfy beds , plenty of pillows Daily room cleanings People complain about the parking , but I didn't have any problems.

Upgraded to a room with a "jetted" tub and "mountain" view. The tub was indeed jetted, but the controls were cemented down so as to make them unusable. The "mountain view " was across the parking lot , across the street and several attractions . Room is pretty dim with only three lamps. Getting in and out of the hotel can be a pain due to all the vehicle and foot traffic Balconies are basically just a concrete slab with one or two chairs on it .

For an old hotel it was great. Clean and friendly staff. We loved it and will be back. Front desk ladies were amazing even called to check on us right after check in. Were very helpful on the phone with questions. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was great. Amazing view of the Anakeesta, and right up from the Ober Mountain, take a left and you have everything else you can imagine! I mean this is as centrally located as it gets really! Its great! Also they do have bears i took pics from up above at least thats what it looks like to me. Weird human feet if it isn't bear. But pretty cool from the 5th floor.

That we couldn't stay longer! Also, learning that people steal from them and they are running low on towels because of that very reason. Dont steal people! Replacing those items are not cheap! Running an old hotel and the upkeep isn't either! So be grateful and appreciative and dont take things that don't belong to you leave them for others to use!

Location is phenomenal! Everything is close by and within a ten minute walk. Rooms were clean, and staff was fantastic. We got towels hung on our door the second day even though we didn't want house keeping. Was pretty awesome they thought of that!

Parking at this location is terrible. Breakfast nook is very very tiny, and quickly becomes overwhelming if more than a few people are trying to grab a quick bite before leaving, possibly could implement a grab and go option. we only got breakfast one morning due to the large amount of people. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but bearable. Shower water pressure was to be desired, it was nonexistent.

Breakfast is excellent! And they have coffee 24/7! A great & caring staff which made our stay all the better! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We requested a ground floor room in our request. However, when we arrived to check in, apparently the request was not received at the hotel. So they had to move us to a different room that was a bit more epensive, but we did not have to pay for the extra cost. And, we thank you so much for that. But the fact our request wasn't received at the hotel was concerning.

Staff was awesome! Large, clean and unobstructed room. Location to the entertainment areas was great. So close that you can literally crawl back to the hotel from the 2 “moonshine tasting”. 2 blocks from Sugarland distillery, with a great bar and live music and 1 block from Ole Smoky distillery. Yummy Rogers Peach and Banana Pudding!

It rained 2 of 8 days, but didn’t stop us. That was the Dolly Stampede, the Redneck Comedy Bus tour and a short drive to the biggest knife store I’ve ever been to, and it was an all day experience. Hotel was still great!!! Had 4 nights of black bear sightings in the parking lot. Not aggressive but BIG! Just walk the balcony along side them and they disappear across the street.

We have dogs and we were able to save money by bringing them and not having to board them. I checked around and they were the cheapest for pet rates. The room was big enough for both kennels for two labs. We also loved that the location was in the heart of town and we did not have to drive anywhere once we got there. They also have a nice breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, toast, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, OJ, apple juice, hot cocoa, tea. They are very friendly and helpful.

We were told there was an indoor pool and that was one of the plus to stay at this location because my grandson loves to swim. When we got to the pool we quickly found out the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not working. It didn't stop my grandson from swimming though, but it stopped us from in with him lol.
