The remodeled rooms are great. The location is literally steps from the Parkway. The beds are extremely comfortable.

The view from the balconies is pretty gross. I know there's nothing that can be done about looking directly at the wall of the convention center but the property you look at should be clean at the very least. This may be something that needs discussed with the Gatlinburg Convention Center because the mess is on their side, however its clearly coming from your guests. The amount of cigarette butts and trash was astounding for such a wonderful hotel.

The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious! Loved that there were two sinks (one in the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom) and both had lit make-up mirrors…very convenient! Plenty of storage as well. Even though we didn’t use it, I’m going to mention the indoor pool. This one is 9 ft. deep, unlike most that are only 5. We all slept wonderfully and of course, we love the location! Within walking distance of everything you want to do in Gatlingburg 👍

The balcony that we had wasn’t great. We had a direct view straight into the parking deck and we had a wall directly in front of us.

Staff made sure to accommodate us when the parking lot was full. The location is ideal for being able to walk to everything on the strip. The water pressure and hot water was piped down straight from the gods. We haven't stopped talking about how awesome our showers were.

It's a bit hard to navigate once inside and it's got it's wear and tear. The parking lot fills up, so you're kind of stuck once you park if you don't want to deal with the hassle of going inside to talk to someone to have them help. However, they will accommodate you and set you up at a lot across the street for the night until something opens up at the hotel lot.

Very clean hotel room - housekeeping did a great job! Nice soaps/lotions. All the appliances, linens, and furniture were in good condition. I really enjoyed the privacy of our balcony. The hotel was in a great location - we walked everywhere!

The parking garage was a challenge. I thought being able to park in a garage would be a good thing, but I was wrong. The parking spaces were awful, narrow and short...and the lighting was dark in the area I parked. On the day we checked out, the vehicles on either side were so close, I couldn't open the doors to pack bags or passengers. I squeezed into the driver's side, then had to back up and park in the middle of the garage to load up. Luckily I didn't block anyone trying to leave during that time. Don't even get me started on the day I arrived to check in and couldn't find a place to park near the office. If I return in the future, I would park in the garage before checking in, then I would just add my parking tag to my vehicle after I checked in.

the location is everything here at this hotel. that is the main reason why we keep booking this hotel every year when we stay in Gatlinburg. the hotel itself is nice and I’ve never had a problem there. they have been renovating it and this year we stayed in one of the renovations and I loved the updates they did but the key seller of staying here is definitely the location! it’s the perfect spot in the strip to go either way and close to everything. will deff be staying here again and again. also on a positive I have never had a bad experience with the staff there they always so helpful and friendly from the ladies working the front to the ladies working for cleaning the rooms everyone so nice.

it is just a tad bit run down but nothing major or awful and like I said before they are undergoing renovations so it is getting a facelift all over and looking very nice

I really thought that the location was great and that we were right in the middle of Gatlinburg's main drag - great for late evening walks when it cooled down a little more. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests, but with that being said, the guy working the evening we arrived was really helpful and made sure we were able to find somewhere to park the car (on site without having to go across the road). Clean and comfortable rooms, slept really well in the beds and thought the showers were great too. I'd stay again and recommend this place.

There was nothing I thought negatively effected our stay.

Location. And view. I was on the top floor. Floor 3 and had amazing views of the mountains. Updated rooms

Trip was to quick. “Hidden” fees added to room rate right before check out (on website). This was a “house keeping fee” I wish it was just include it in the room rate. Also notice this was on the counter at check in, again just include it in a room rate. Cleaning could of been slightly better doors need painted or re stained (splatter marks on door dividers doors / white paint on bathroom door ) Patio light didn’t work… couldn’t find the switch.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of Gatlinburg on the strip. Walk to shops, restaurants, Ober chairlift, etc. The price was amazing. It's pretty much a no-frills hotel but it was clean and comfortable. The elevator broke the first morning we were there and knowing my husband was disabled the hotel offered to move us to the ground floor if they did not get it fixed that afternoon. It got fixed so we didn't need to move but I thought that was very nice. Being right there on the strip and within walking distance of everything saved us a lot of money in parking fees. I would go back to this hotel next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Hallways are a bit dark - grey walls and grey carpet but the rooms themselves were bright and well lit.

The location was excellent and the price was unbeatable! The room was simple but clean with a very comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower! The only issue we had was with parking. The spaces are very tight, so with our large pickup we had a difficult time finding space. I would recommend taking a smaller vehicle to help fit the spaces better. Other than a few issues with parking, the location and comfort made up for that. the staff was friendly and welcoming. And again, the bed was so, so comfy! Excellent room for the price!!!

Everything was close by and perfect. The aquarium was closer then we thought it was. Everything was a great walking distance. Room was very clean when we got there. We were provided with clean towels every night. The room was big. The beds were really comfy. And the bathroom was really spacious.

The room service people cleaned up the rooms a little to early(6am). We were on vacation and we were not prepared to get up at that time to have the room cleaned. We put the do not disturb sign up but the female maid seemed irritable the days we did that. The guy maid was chill. The woman seemed disrespectful. Other than that we really enjoyed out stay.
