The location was great..

That others not staying in the hotel has the right to park in the parking for hotel guests. The bathroom are so small if your a larger person. We asked for joining rooms but was not offered to us. The young girl who worked there was very sweet and helpful.. our refrigerator didn't work and 3 of os had insulin needed to be refrigerated. Lost some of the food we had brought and bought to have down there.. The young man needs a little more manners and respect for guests. We person book few months ahead and told us we would have a indoor pool to swim. Which didn't happened. Our daughters door lock something happened tgey could not get in the room. Please do not think I am belittling the hotel. Yall just ask what any issues were.

The property was in a great location!!! Room was nice and we especially loved the fireplace, however the bathroom was quite small and the smell was a musty mildewy smell. Almost went to buy a smell good thing just for the bathroom. The bathtub/shower could use remodeling. Drain looked a little rusty. Very outdated. Other than that we had a good experience and beds were comfortable but over all would stay again just because the location was so great! Beats parking at $20 a pop on down the street.

Mildew/ musty smell in the bathroom was overbearing. Had to keep bathroom door shut all night.

So this hotel is right on the strip, located at basically traffic light 10. Close to Ober Mountain and right next to my fav breakfast spot , The Skillet and theirs a new restaurant next to it that is owned by same company that owns the breakfast place next door.Parking is at a premium in Gatlinburg as it is, this Days Inn also lets the general public park there.Did not try the breakfast. Bed was comfy, lots of hot water, and towels were soft. Stayed during the week of Christmas 2024.

The only thing I reported to staff about room was, the room has the connectors for charging devices however all four in room were broken. And the room I stayed in had two entrance doors, one to the lobby and one too the pool, the one facing the pool had a gap in door that you can see light thru, not really a big deal.

Location close to all major attractions and restaurants. Just walking distance. You can walk morning or night to go places.Also close to trolly stop. Very convenient. Also free breakfast.

The bathtub drains very slow. The day before we left no more tissue supply. We did not ask anymore since we're leaving the following day. One of the night light was not working. Its a little dark. It will be better if there is one lampshade on the table but overall we're satisfied.

Iove the location,we always stay here,and live the balcony..we come to enjoy the atmosphere,and love the balcony because we enjoy just watching the hustle and bustle and always see bears.

The rooms need be a bit outdated,the tub every time we stay never has a plug to take bath,so u have to shove a wash cloth in drain. It's pretty clean tho and just a little updating is all it needs. I am an executive manager for a cleaning company and I did notice some areas quite but dust,the housekeepers need take a bit more time and little more detailing would be good in cleaning but for most part we enjoy it every 3 months we come

The hotel room was overall very clean and it the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The location was also great. Would definitely book here again and recommend.

The facility was older and could use updating but that's just how it is when you have a older facility. There could've been more lights in the hotel room. Through the day it wasn't too bad because we had the light from the window but at night it was dark. Brighter lights would be good as some of them didn't work.

Staff were friendly and personable. Always greeted and asked how we were. Location was toward upper end of parkway, but plenty to see and not as noisy as further down--plus still in walking distance to everything and pretty flat walk. Our room had a balcony on the parkway that was wonderful. Our room was spacious and bed was comfy and clean

Parking was fuller as it was the hotel lot and a paid lot for others so it stayed pretty full during day. Hotel is older. The only lights in our room was one ceiling one by door and the 2 bedside lamps-none by desk, drawers

Rooms were updated, beds are nice and clean, pool was open, and easy access to all the attractions, most definitely seen a lot of bears while staying there. They also offer a nice light breakfast.

The room we stayed in had a mildew smell and a small amount of mold growing in the bathroom. The carpets could use a good cleaning.

Loved the way the room was set up. Hot tub in the room was a great size and wonderful for aching back and legs.

The windows didn't really block any of the street noise. Loud cars made it sound like you were sitting outside and there were no real curtains so it wasn't dark while trying to sleep. We had to get creative and set up the ironing board and take the pillows from the pull-out couch and put them on the ironing board to block some of the light.

The location of the hotel was perfect we could walk to everything. We had Breakfast right next door which was amazing! The bed was so comfortable.

The hotel NEEDS major updating. The bathroom toilet is so close to the counter that your side literally touches it. It looks run down but it’s clean and comfortable other than the bathroom it’s small.
