After reading other reviews I started getting REAL nervous. But, our room was really nice. Floors were clean, beds were very comfortable. Fluffy pillows. Front desk was very nice and informative. He warned us to leave the bears alone if we see them and not to approach them. Yes. Ones crossed the street the first night and one wandered the parking lot in the morning. Just be smart and don’t leave food out. They won’t bother you! Location not far from town.

We had our dog and I didn’t like that I wasn’t told ahead of time what the pet fee would be. It’s $30, FYI. Also, if you want to bring your dog make sure you book a pet friendly room. Towels were typical. Breakfast was lame…but many places to choose from in town, that’d be my choice.

The location was FANTASTIC. It's almost walking distance to the strip for adults, not with children. The room was very nice. We were very happy with our stay! We will definitely book here again.

My toddler had really really dirty socks/feet from walking around with no shoes on in the hotel room. Also, the rooms said "no smoking" but clearly smelled like cigarettes.

I was 8 months pregnant and slow for loading up, I felt very rushed by the staff/sight manager to leave. The "continental" breakfast was some granola bars, mini muffins, apples&bananas, and some off brand sugar cereals. It's definitely underwhelming for being a big part of the decision for choosing the location. Found out at 6:45pm after our day exploring downtown Gatlinburg, that the pool had a closing time of 7pm, which is not posted anywhere. Our toddler was looking forward to it all day. The staff member on duty was kind enough not to rush us out of the pool area.

The sight manager is rude and rushes you out. He called the room twice while I was on my way to the office to turn in the key cards. I'm 8 months pregnant and moved very slowly, to be safe. I told him this. He hung up on my husband during the second call when my husband was trying to tell him I was on my way with the keys. Very rude and unprofessional individual. The rest of the staff seemed kind and pleasant.

Upper windows need blinds. The light from the hotel come in, can’t make it truly dark in the room. Everything else was good.

I was worried because it has a lower review rating & it doesn't look to great, but turned out to be great. The price was a lot lower than everything else for the holiday weekend. Room was great & the location to every is great

Only thing I didn't care for was the toilet sits to low to the groung & the beds & pillows weren't very comfortable

There where cockroaches in the bathroom. Floor was cold. Construction near by.

To start, the staff upon arrival was an absolute delight to deal with. This location was close enough that we walked to the downtown area on several occasions in our stay. The room was very quiet. I liked the table and chairs outside the door to enjoy the weather. The office has many discount coupons and books for attractions around the area. I would recommended.

I will say the threat of a bear eating trash and to be careful not to leave any out was a new experience.

we did not spend a lot of time at our room, as we were out on the strip seeing everything. The room was always clean when we came back.

I asked to please not be put on the ground level, and I got a room on the ground level. They had rooms on the upper levels but did not put us in one. The breakfast was not the greatest. The muffins were dry and the sausage was over cooked. The area to get breakfast was super small. None of this will keep me from staying here again.

The breakfast was good the lady at the front seemed annoyed by us going. The pool is nice sized. The rooms are nice sized.

They could have more options for breakfast. The people working could be nice or courteous. Our neighbors smoked weed every night so that sucked. The light came into our room all night making it hard to sleep. They didn't make our beds but one day. The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived.

Everything was clean, pipes (plumbing)were a little loud. The walk to the strip was easy because it was downhill, walk back up was harder, but you could catch the trolley . if you want breakfast, you need to get there early. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. That was pretty convenient to everything.

The water pressure was not great and after flushing, the commode, the pipes made a good bit of noise, while it filled back up.
