We loved the feel as soon as we walked in. Lee and John welcomed us with smiling faces. The inside pool with hot tub was amazing!! Our sons favorite part! We loved it so much Ursla and Angel informed me we could get a repeat discount and we stayed a extra night! Also all the housekeeping was AMAZING Heini (I believe is how you spell it) and Celina and all who helped find our sons blanket in the laundry are the best!! We will RETURN
The room needed to be vacuumed a little better under the beds. And in our 1st room the commond continued to leak water in the floor.

The lodge it's self is beautiful! The pool is breathtaking. We came down for a small friendscation and it was great! The hot tub was hot, The indoor pool was great and also heated. The lower pool goes to 4ft and the upper pool goes to 9ft. Our room was clean when we arrived and also the air already had the room cooled down, so that was great as well! The outdoor pool was nice and clean also and the grounds of the lodge is well taken care of its also in walking distance to the strip which was perfect for our day on the strip! The staff was fantastic and so helpful and also funny, they make you feel more like family then they do a guest. This was one for the books and we will be staying here in the future!
The bathroom was a little on the small side so when you had the door closed it was a little claustrophobic, and we was not to impressed with the restaurant inside the lodge.

Great location! Very friendly staff. Loved the pool, and the cleanliness of the room. Liked being able to see bears from the parking lot.
Bathrooms are very outdated. Housekeeping never made our beds once the whole stay. Vending machines out of snacks and drinks. We loved the pool but wish the main lower level pool would have been warmer. It was quite cold and I can see why so many kids want to get in the hot tub. Last night there at 10:30 pm could not find any park g and had to park in the fire lane.

Very convenient location, just a minute to main strip of Gatlinburg and Aquarium by car or 10 min walk to strip. Hotel room is clean enough and beds are very clean/comfy. I normally bring disinfectant spray with me but didn't need it. We absolutely loved the pool, and the kids enjoyed it the most. Staff was very nice and easy to deal with. The parking is great because it's not near the strip! Bears are everywhere this year, BELIEVE them when they say to keep NO food in your car and LOCK your car!!! We had a tissue left by one of our kids in the truck bed, and they climbed in it.
Most families pick a hotel with a great indoor pool. This pool was amazing.. I just didn't like that they kicked kids out at 10 pm! If they would keep it open to all till midnight or 24/7, that would be great! Many families do activities during the day and don't get back till late. Outdoor pool is NOT heated. Hotel needs some maintenance but it didn't really bother us. Breakfast isn't free, a little pricey, and was drying out by the end

The restaurant prices was very reasonable and the fact that it was open until 11pm was very convenient. The indoor swimming pools are very nice and I also loved the hot tub even though it’s a bit small.
This hotel is described that it has free breakfast but actually you will have to pay for breakfast $10/person. That’s the only negative thing about this hotel because we planned to have free breakfast so we didn’t pack any breakfast items and it’s too expensive to pay $40 for breakfast every day for a family of 4.

The staff was great and very accommodating! My daughters LOVED the pool. I have stayed at many great different hotels in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area but this has probably been the best indoor pool I’ve ever seen! Also if you have littles keep in mind there is an emergency button on the phone! We learned this the hard way! 😂On the plus side very happy how responsive emergency personnel were quick in case there was an actual emergency!🫣😂

Everything was great!! The staff were all super friendly, the location was perfect, and the pool was awesome! We even got to check in early! This is a very beautiful location! We will visit again!
The hotel is Walking distance to the strip, but it was a bit of a workout -especially for the kids. The lower Pool was colder than I expected, but only because the waterfall is cold water -the pools are heated. The room was small and a bit dated and smelled funny, but we weren’t in the room much anyways and the facilities make up for it!!

The location is great walking distance to downtown and resturants . The price is good for this hotel. It is very clean.I was really impressed by the cleanliness. The staff were all very nice. For breakfast definitely the log cabin restaurant
It's a bit dated but as I mentioned it is very clean and price appropriate. The pool is very nice but a bit overrun with the kids so for an older adult it's a bit tough to do large doses of the pool

The staff is very respectful & nice :). Made us feel very welcomed. Everything was GREAT. The pool was comfy & warm, not cold at all. The restaurant is even more phenomenal. The food was fantastic. Rooms are nicely set up & VERY clean. I'm very particular about that when I stay at places. The pictures don't do justice as to how nice the hotel was! We'll definitely be back for another stay & hopefully we can stay longer than a weekend. 10/10 recommended 👌.

Purpose of visit; A vacation get away with our granddaughter who is seven. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the multiply layers of pools as well the water falls.
We had a problem closing the door. The problem was reported to the front desk and resolved quickly by a employee working maintenance. The door would not close all the way due to a door sweep installed on the bottom of the exterior side of the door getting in the way. When inside the room we had to bend over and reposition the door sweep before shutting the door. Room 253 i think.
