This was our third year staying at Gatlinburg Town Square. We love the location, and the fact that the strip is within easy walking distance. We also love the fact that there is an indoor pool on the grounds. That being said, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon/evening, and were not able to comfortably swim in the pool, until the following Friday, the day before we were to leave. This was due to a failed heating element, and even after it was replaced, the pool still didn't heat up until we were ready to leave. My 4 kids were all disappointed by this fact. I had also specifically requested a unit with a washer and dryer (because 4 kids) and was initially told that they would do what they could to accommodate. Upon reaching the office to check in, I was told that none of the two bedroom units have a washer/dryer. We were given a unit on the ground floor, which was amazing, however guest laundry rooms are on floors 3, 4, and 5. Anyone with 3-4 kids, knows that it is absolutely imperative that you have a washer and dryer CLOSE. Next time, I'll ask for a room next to the guest laundry facilities. :) We also had a few maintenance issues that we had to have taken care of, upon arrival. There was a missing outlet cover right next to where our 5 year old was going to be sleeping; one toilet that was very unstable when you sat down (we are NOT a heavy family) and the master bathroom had french doors, one of which was broken, and would not stay closed. Maintenance was dispatched quickly, and all problems were fixed satisfactorily. (Thank you, Anthony!) All in all, our family really does love to stay at Town Square. The location is amazing, and our rooms in prior years have all been beautiful, and comfortable.

Convenient location, walking distance to the strip. Love being able to make our meals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our coffee pot died halfway through our week and they brought us one ASAP.

There was some construction which wasn't terrible but it was surprising they hadn't fixed the water feature forthe Spring Break crowd. The outdoor pool was closed, as well as the hot tub. That was disappointing.

The unit that we rented was larger than I expected. Very nice fireplace too. It had a full size refrigerator and it worked great, the freezer provided Ice. We had a washer:dryer they even provide laundry powder. Condo was very clean and felt safe at all times. The condo was close to all the activities. You can see the fireworks from the space needle if you don't want to be in the crowds. The parking garage was great. We have a power wagon and it fit just fine.

The only issue we had was check in was at 4:00 but they could not get use checked in until 5:30. This made it a little unsettling for us because we had groceries already I explained that to the front desk and they did work quickly to get us our room. Next time I will not get groceries first

Staff was nice and professional. The parking garage was a bonus because we traveled in our Jeep and wanted to be able to take the top off. The condo had a functional kitchen, the washer and drier was a nice plus.

The only thing that would be in management's control would be is the carpet needs a good scrubbing. Overall the room was great and very clean and comfortable. Shower was very small but great water pressure. Walking to town wasn't bad ... it was down hill. Walking back, well be prepared it took us 8 minutes - up hill.

comfortable, atmosphere, surroundings and family feel. location good and tucked into the mountains near a creek. Good place to stay in nature, thank you. Customer service attending to our needs was great! Please watch out for the Japanese vine plant that’s taking over on creekside. Thx!🇺🇸

Not much to not like, please keep up the cleanliness and attention to detail with resort landscaping, room cleanliness and amenities. Would like to see more hot tubs , bigger outside pool area and better vending machines at resort.

Location was great and an easy walk even for our kids. The size of the room was perfect. Resort was quiet and family friendly. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels & linens for our 5 days. Staff was friendly. We used the ticket counter to purchase one activity. Gave us a $20 savings which was the same as using the coupon book. Convenience was worth it.

Pool towels were scarce and indoor pool was very chilly. Very few kitchen utensils & pots/pans. Coffee was not good at all. Regular filters or a Keurig type coffee maker would have been better. There were updates to our room, specifically master bath, but they were poorly done. Ex. Walla not painting completely, gap between drywall & light switch next to sink, balcony door didn't lock.

Close to town. Clean. Staff friendly. Lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The main issue was lack of signing to our room. Parking was in an underground parking garage. Signs pointing to the elevators did not have our room number listed. There were several of us asking others where to go. I suggest they put up better signs in the parking garage and by the elevators. I know to them, it makes perfect sense, but not to those of us who've never stayed there. Staff did say how to get there. But they need clearer signs. Also, they may tell you your room number is xxx. But they don't tell you that room number xxx has an "A" side and a "B" side and they are both your room. So xxxA and xxxB are both your rooms. Key worked in the "A" side. That was also confusing.

The location was excellent, about three blocks off of the main strip. The room included a small kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker). The bedroom/living room area was very spacious. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure was fabulous. The sheets and towels were good quality. I loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfortable. The dining table and chairs were adequate.

This isn't a deal breaker, but the bathroom was oddly laid out. There was an entire counter in the dressing area that would have been great to have a sink. The bathroom, the toilet, the sink and some counter space was all squeezed into one room.

The accessibility of the room was perfect. My wife has been in wheelchair since 1997, and this is the first room that was completely accessible. Close proximity to downtown, so we walked/rolled every day. Great place, and we look forward to the next vacation. . Had a huge checker board, and we will try the next time we visit if it is still available.

Drink machines do not take cards, and one elevator did not work properly. Property is under renovation, but everything was great.
