After my obsessing over the reviews going into our stay i didn't know what to expect. We really enjoyed the amenities and how large the space of the room was. The location to the convention center was perfect. Slightly off the strip but not too far, Gatlinburg is lots of walking. Great trolley spot out front that can take you to the depot. Enjoyed our 5 day stay and would definitely book again.

Could use some repairs and updates. Finishing of the construction and have the information center be updated. Updated check in system.

I loved the proximity to downtown and the park. I also love the size of our room. It was a perfect size for our family of five. I loved being able to actually have a kitchen that I could cook in with a actual refrigerator. And two bathrooms in the room, we had were great so we didn’t all have to share one bathroom. We also lucked out with having a wraparound balcony. It was amazing.

I know this is something that probably cannot be changed, but parking was a little tough with bigger cars.

This was our third year staying at Gatlinburg Town Square. We love the location, and the fact that the strip is within easy walking distance. We also love the fact that there is an indoor pool on the grounds. That being said, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon/evening, and were not able to comfortably swim in the pool, until the following Friday, the day before we were to leave. This was due to a failed heating element, and even after it was replaced, the pool still didn't heat up until we were ready to leave. My 4 kids were all disappointed by this fact. I had also specifically requested a unit with a washer and dryer (because 4 kids) and was initially told that they would do what they could to accommodate. Upon reaching the office to check in, I was told that none of the two bedroom units have a washer/dryer. We were given a unit on the ground floor, which was amazing, however guest laundry rooms are on floors 3, 4, and 5. Anyone with 3-4 kids, knows that it is absolutely imperative that you have a washer and dryer CLOSE. Next time, I'll ask for a room next to the guest laundry facilities. :) We also had a few maintenance issues that we had to have taken care of, upon arrival. There was a missing outlet cover right next to where our 5 year old was going to be sleeping; one toilet that was very unstable when you sat down (we are NOT a heavy family) and the master bathroom had french doors, one of which was broken, and would not stay closed. Maintenance was dispatched quickly, and all problems were fixed satisfactorily. (Thank you, Anthony!) All in all, our family really does love to stay at Town Square. The location is amazing, and our rooms in prior years have all been beautiful, and comfortable.

The unit that we rented was larger than I expected. Very nice fireplace too. It had a full size refrigerator and it worked great, the freezer provided Ice. We had a washer:dryer they even provide laundry powder. Condo was very clean and felt safe at all times. The condo was close to all the activities. You can see the fireworks from the space needle if you don't want to be in the crowds. The parking garage was great. We have a power wagon and it fit just fine.

The only issue we had was check in was at 4:00 but they could not get use checked in until 5:30. This made it a little unsettling for us because we had groceries already I explained that to the front desk and they did work quickly to get us our room. Next time I will not get groceries first

We didn’t have to drive our only to go to Publix to pick up groceries. Everything was right there and the trolley comes right in front of the resort. It also had a whole kitchen, large rooms& large bathrooms I loved it. I can’t wait to book again. I really was impressed on how close we were to the firework show and the parade 3-5 minute walk.

I was kind of confused at check in we had to check in at one place and drive down the street where the resort was. Once I saw the rooms,space and the location I was ok.

Loved the location. We wanted to visit Sugarlands and this was just a 10ish minute walk away. If u wanted to do things on the lower end of Gatlinburge I’d pass but we wanted to be toward the middle this time. Loved the pool, basketball court, checkers board, ping pong table, picnic/grill area in the back (right beside a creek!) and our room. Really nice workers

Finding the office was alittle confusing. Better signs would be helpful. Parking is tight but carefully doable, slow elevators,could use a better hot tub situation. Very small.

The best part is it’s like home .

Has really went down a lot , elevators are nasty , curtains was dusty bathroom lights was super dusty . All the counters was chipped or burnt . A lot of the perks we use to get are not there . We are an owner but rented a condo so we could get what we wanted . I would be turned off buying one just by stepping on to the elevator .

Room was clean. Though musty at first till we aired it out. Unit was well equipped, iron, microwave, stove, frig, pantry TP, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, paper towels All staff from office to laundry were helpful. Fireplace nice touch even though we only turned it on one night.

Toilet ran unless we half flushed it. Very tight getting into parking garage below. Only 1 luggage cart for our whole side. Lights on balcony made it difficult to sleep. Maybe install room darkening shades.

Staff was nice and professional. The parking garage was a bonus because we traveled in our Jeep and wanted to be able to take the top off. The condo had a functional kitchen, the washer and drier was a nice plus.

The only thing that would be in management's control would be is the carpet needs a good scrubbing. Overall the room was great and very clean and comfortable. Shower was very small but great water pressure. Walking to town wasn't bad ... it was down hill. Walking back, well be prepared it took us 8 minutes - up hill.

Location was great and an easy walk even for our kids. The size of the room was perfect. Resort was quiet and family friendly. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels & linens for our 5 days. Staff was friendly. We used the ticket counter to purchase one activity. Gave us a $20 savings which was the same as using the coupon book. Convenience was worth it.

Pool towels were scarce and indoor pool was very chilly. Very few kitchen utensils & pots/pans. Coffee was not good at all. Regular filters or a Keurig type coffee maker would have been better. There were updates to our room, specifically master bath, but they were poorly done. Ex. Walla not painting completely, gap between drywall & light switch next to sink, balcony door didn't lock.
