Check-in was great! We arrived a little before check in time, but it was no problem because our room was ready. 2 minute check in is 👍 Location is awesome. A little off the parkway but almost dead center of town. Walk down past the big brown water ball at Ripley's and adventure awaits! Haunted Adventure to the left or turn right and find The Super Fun Zone and Mountain Coaster. Not to mention The Donut Friar and Anakeesta! So much to do and you're right in the middle of it! The room was nice. The A/C worked great. The king bed was so comfortable after a day of walking and riding and more walking and golfing and more walking. There was a lot of walking! 😳 Breakfast the next morning was awesome. Biscuits, gravy, pork chop, potatoes, waffles, lots of cold options too. Yogurt, cereal, fruit, Different juices and coffee. It was a fun trip with so many more things to do, (like The Terminator) we will be back!

Our bathroom wasn't very clean. Mostly the shower. Sink area and toilet were ok, but soap or cleaner residue was plainly visible in the shower floor. Hot water and some sloshing it around, remedied the problem. Everything else was good.

The location was great. Could walk to everything. The beds were really comfortable. The room was really clean. The breakfast was really good. They had waffles, bagels, muffins, sausage, eggs, buscuits and gravy. And coffee and different juices.

We were not told there was overflow parking when we checked in, which made for a confusing situation when we got back late from Dollywood and couldn't find a place to park.

the stay was amazing for my first trip to Tennessee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view and everything was in close range to walk. Nigh time lights are amazing. Will come back for another trip.

Needs signs up to be aware of bears. Breakfast food wasn't tasteful at times, bugs in the room and didn't like that you have to put in a request for room to be cleaned.

Checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday, and was told the room would be serviced on 3rd day. Which never happened. Had to continue to ask for clean towels. When asked about being serviced was told we had to ask for it. Had 4 people and only had 4 towels for a week stay.

Room was clean. Location of motel was off the main strip so it was quiet at night. We were surprised by the wide array of breakfast foods…eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, cereals, make -your-own waffles, assorted coffees, teas, and juices.

While the breakfast option were very good, the tv in the breakfast room was on politics. We asked to change it, but they did not. Since we were on vacation, it would have been nice to listen to something other than that.

Great experience. This is the second time that the wife and I have stayed at the Country Inn. Before beginning our stay this time, we had attempted a neighboring Hotel which ended up being a complete mess and major disappointment. We entered the Hotel later in the evening and were greeted with friendly staff at the front desk who were able to easily accommodate our needs of a room for the next few nights. After unpacking our luggage in the well cleaned and maintained room, we were able to unwind in the convenient indoor pool located in the basement of the Hotel. The next morning we made our way down to the Hotel Lobby to enjoy a vast spread of breakfast options, and once more encountered more friendly staff in the process. All in all, we will continue to choose the Country Inn as our destination for future vacations and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable, clean, relaxing environment, conveniently located waking distance to the business strip of Gatlinburg, with breakfast included!

The location is awesome. Literally within walking distances from most of the attractions and stores in Gatlinburg. Also their staff was friendly and I had no issues with them during the visit. I saw others mentioned the staff in other reviews, but the staff was great. Room was very spacious as well.

The parking setup isn't ideal at all. Apparently someone brushed up against my car and im sure this happened while it was parked in their parking lot. I don't blame them for this, but you have to get back to your room early if you wanna get a closer spot. The rooms are a bit outdated as well. Seems this may have been another hotel under another name at some point, then they came in and branded it as their own hotel. All in all I'd still consider staying here again.

All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We were able to sit in the breakfast area and play cards in the evening as that area was available to be used at any time. Bonus we usually saw a bear making his rounds in the evening. Several people came face to face with him but he was never threatening to them.

We were informed that our room would be cleaned every three days but that never happened. However, when we asked for new towels at the front desk they were happy to give us clean ones and they had them right by the desk so no wait to get them.

Love the quick and early check-in. Got there at 2:00 pm. Check-in is usually 3:00 pm. I was just looking to get a parking lot pass but the nice lady at the front desk got me checked in in about 2 minutes. We got in our room, got our snacks in the fridge, turned on the a/c because it was almost 80 degrees on Halloween 🎃. And took off to go trick-or-treating...all before normal check-in time! Nice! Location is almost central to everything. If you don't like walking or just don't want to walk the entire time, tram stops are nearby. I thought the bed wasn't that comfortable. Wifey disagrees. Used a "princess and the pea" reference. Suppose I'm the princess, in this story! 😅 But maybe I was just awake, chomping at the bit, waiting for the breakfast buffet...which was excellent, as usual! Biscuits, gravy, pork chop, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bananas, muffins, milk, juice...yummy! Got our bellies full, packed our stuff and thanks to the no hassle check-out, just typed "OUT" as a reply to a text received from the staff earlier in the morning, we were on our way back home! (Stopping to play Mini-Golf and a 1/2 price candy run at the Russell Stover's store before hitting the interstate) Another excellent stay at an excellent establishment!

I think the carpet in the room could have been vacuumed a little bit better. There's a transition from tile to carpet, and there was definitely some debris left on the carpeted area near the bed. That's it...all else was great!

The location was great. The breakfast was great! The housekeeping. Staff was very friendly, and quick when we needed new towels.

The check-in clerk was not very nice. We paid before checking in, and when we arrived, he kept trying to charge us again, saying that Payment had not been received. He wouldn’t even look at my email confirming payment or my bank showing that the payment had been taken out. He told me I needed to call Booking.com. The Booking.com agent called him and finally he agreed to call his manager. I wasted almost an hour just trying to check in the two rooms that I had already paid for.
