I loved the comfort and location also the employees and other renters were super friendly and we saw bears on both sides it was just an all around amazing experience for our family!!

I have zero complaints except we had to leave to go back to adulting lol!!

While still being in the town, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It is an older facility but still in very good shape. Very clean property never has any issues with neighbors or noise. Although the bed needs a new mattress desperately, it is extremely outdated and not comfortable at all. My husband had to sleep on both his sides (he’s usually a back sleeper or stomach sleeper) but because of the bed feeling the springs there was just no way he could get comfortable. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the bed unfortunately. Other than that there were no issues at all!! Would absolutely stay here again (if we know the bed is fixed 😁)

Location. About a 2-3 min walk from downtown Gatlinburg. We stayed in room 504 (5th floor obviously) you can see the pool from our room including the street that takes you into the town. Unfortunately you cannot see the Main Street in Gatlinburg but that was no issue to us. The view we had was still very beautiful.

Convenient and good size

Blinds need replaced in bedrooms. They are terrible. Refrigerator light was not working. The hairdryer in the large bedroom bath needs to be replaced. It is completely falling apart when you try to use it. We also thought the electrical cord running around by the kitchen sink from the router was completely unacceptable for safety purposes. The recliner leans to one side and is very difficult to close when it is in the reclining position. The positives are definitely the location and the layout and size. It really could be nice with a few updates.

The location was amazing! And the views were just as good too. The pool was nice, warm and clean. Ice machine worked great too! I loved the door code feature as well. The balcony was great and provided 2 chairs and a table.

The room needed some repairs. The main fridge went out on the bottom so only the freezer part worked. They put in a mini fridge to compensate for the one not working. They also need to add more cookware like a frying pan as they was only 2 small sauce pans.

The gentleman that checked us in was a very pleasant and helpful person. The place is very spacious and was clean. The balcony is nice to sit on and has a great view of the city.

The woman that was there when qe tried to gwt wash cloths was kinda rude. It took us several hours and a couple tries to get them. The cooking pots and pans NEED updated ASAP. Our food stuck and burnt. You had to stay on top of it every minute. The pans were really old. There is no crockpot or anything like that so you can start something to eat while sight seeing for the day.

We love the location! We have stayed here on several visits to Gatlinburg.

The air conditioner didn't cool to our liking in the unit. It was on 77 when we got there on Wednesday and when we left on Saturday it was 74. The bedroom unit was working like a charm. We reported the a/c in the living room two different days to the office. We were told someone would be up shortly if they came, we never did see the person. Thankfully, we had brought a fan from home but could have used another.

Great location. Unit was a nice size. Used a code door lock so no key to keep up with and was sent code a few days before arrival so was able to go directly to the unit. Had comfortable furniture.

This particular unit could use some updating—especially new cabinets. The unit was clean but the baseboards could use a cleaning. The headboard on the bed is very loose and hits the wall. Needs to be fixed or replaced.

Room was spacious and well cared for. Extremely clean. It was apparent that they have been updating the room. The floor, fridge, couches, and the majority of room appeared to be almost brand new. Pool and hot tub are small but sufficient for the number of people who were there. Room was spacious with a large living room. Smaller bedroom.

The building itself needed work. You could tell it is an old building. Broken elevator switches, smell in the elevator etc. very clear the building is out of date and needs a good overhaul(room itself was fine). It is clear the hosts have been updating the room but there are several pieces that still need updated. Chandelier, rocker, cabinets etc look like they are from the 70s. For the price, I can’t complain though. The only thing that would genuinely make me think of not coming back was the quality of the bed. The mattress is not at all comfortable. I found out the couch is a pull out(which I was not expecting) tried to sleep there as well but it was worse. A decent mattress and I would not hesitate to give this place my ringing endorsement.

I was hesitant about staying in a condo because I wanted a mountain experience, cabin to find Christmas! I walked in the door and it was amazing! It was decorated beautifully like a cabin! And 2 blocks down was The Village! Christmas! It was Perfect! I really needed that!

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. It was very hard.

I didn’t have to check in with the front desk! We arrived a little before Midnight so that was great! They emailed instructions for check in and out, WiFi password and everything I needed to know! The room was in a great location! Definitely will be staying there again!!!

The elevator wasn’t working half the time so that was a little hard, climbing 6 floors with my luggage 🥺 other than the elevator, it was a great stay!
