Room was nice.great view.. Maddie at front desk was extremely helpful

Pricey....$496 for a dble queen for two nights was a bit much

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get in and out to walk to the strip or go shopping. Short walk to many restaurants and entertainment spots.

Toilet continued to run all the time. Had to wiggle the handle and then sometimes that didn't stop it. Ice maker at my building (5) and building beside up did not work. Only ice makers that worked were in building (2) and the main lobby.

The Hotel location is exceptional…right in Gatlinburg! Very economical, considering the ideal location. The staff were great! The bed was very, very comfortable and the pillows were probably the best I have ever slept on in a hotel! Good shower and comfortable bathroom. Lot of TV channels.

The room could have used one or two additional floor lamps. The lights for the bathroom and closet area were good, but the bedroom needs more light. I did not particularly like the old shades on the window…they were pretty dated…but it covered the window

Stayed in room 2116 and loved being right on the river with a view of the main street but not directly on it so we could hear the sounds but not be annoyed! The staff was very accommodating and met any request in a timely fashion. We'll highly recommend this hotel.

The grab & go breakfast was poor offerings. We would like better choices or additional offerings.

Cassie at check in was EXCELLENT!! some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in Gatlinburg!! Very informative and helpful on the local area. We will stay here again because of Cassie.

The room was not what I expected. Fitted sheets on the bed were so undersized the drew the mattress up at the 4 corners!! We had our dog so I did not expect a brand new room but this room was not what I expected. Shower drain was VERY SLOW. Made showering a challenge. Again ALL of the staff members we met were very nice and friendly.

Love that this place is so close to everything!!! Love the creek side balcony! You can walk and have a drink and not worry about having to drive. Great for couples and families!! Plenty of parking; a little tight at times but never had issues finding a space. Have been staying here for years! Employees are always wonderful!!

First and last time on the second floor; the ramps are too steep. My suitcase about ran me over!! Also, seemed the water pressure upstairs was not up to par. The restaurant has been closed since COVID. A new one needs to set up in its place so vacationers have a place for a bite to eat if they don’t want to walk any. Wish they’d offer a complimentary breakfast.

Room was clean. The location was close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

The door card reader was faulty and we could not get our card to read several times. We contacted maintenance and they thought they had repaired the reader but it didn't wok again after we left our room. It finally worked after about 5 minutes of trying the card several times. We notified the front desk at checkout.

Staff are always friendly!!! Rooms are neat and clean!! This hotel is set in the ideal location for traveling by foot all over Gatlinburg! It has fantastic view of Little Pigeon river. If you're lucky enough, you will get to see a bear or two in the river or on the property!

Not enough parking at at the building we stayed in to accommodate all guests!

Breakfast was a grab-n-go. But the coffee was good. Location was amazing!!!!! Walking distance for everything!!! Loved the patio with fire pits by the river. The ladies at check in was very friendly.

The room was clean but the housekeeping needs to step up in the bathroom more. Bath tub wouldn’t drain as well as it should’ve.

We didn’t get breakfast which was misleading because I booked it thinking DB&B would be open but it was closed the whole week I was there. The location was nice and easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They came to our place if we needed anything.

They should have let us know The restaurant would be closed the whole week I was there. There was no Wi-Fi. No signal the whole time. The bathroom looked very old. You need to touch it up more. The restaurant was closed and I’m sure the room was more because of that prior to booking.
