When I booked the room for New Years Eve at a very low rate, I was a little worried what we would walk in to. I warned my kids in advance. But when we arrived and opened the door, I was very pleased with the room. It has been updated. Still needs some work, but what I found most important is that is was very clean. The beds were brand new with new flooring and paint. You can tell they have worked hard on making the room as nice as possible. Also, the room was very large. Very close to downtown. Maybe a 7-minute walk to the strip. I've been in the Hotel business for 20 plus years. I'm not easily impressed but for the money, it was well worth it. It was perfect for our One Night Last minute stay. Will stay again!

Still in the renovation phase but well worth the money. So much less expensive than the rest of the hotels in the City. Worked perfect for us because we spend time in Gatlinburg, not in the room!

Staff was great, I had a certain room I wanted to stay in because we both have mobility issues and it faced the street. So I messaged them and they were so kind to book us in that room! Very grateful it was perfect. It was simply a room no frills and just want I expected for a great unbeatable price, had frig, microwave, tv, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower. I loved it and would definitely stay again!!

I really can not think of a thing I did not like.

All properties advertise "walking distance to downtown" Of course, literally anywhere could be considered walking distance. I LOVE that this place is actually in town. 5 min walk! I only met one gentleman (staff) in passing and he was exceptionally friendly and cordial.

Nothing particular I didn't like but the room could use some attention. Small things. Paint touch up, dead bolt doesn't lock properly, and no light bulb in my lamp. Very convenient and perfect to lay your head down. For the price especially, I was pleased.

The staff friendly and courteous. We like the check in at 3 instead of 4 like most locations. The room was clean and well stocked. The location is great it's only a few minutes to the strip in Gatlinburg.

It would've been nice to have a coffee pot and a table to eat at in the rooms. We had a king size room that was practically empty. So that would've been nice to have. We had to go to the office to get coffee. Also, it would be nice to have breakfast back at this location without having to go and get it.

room needs up dated paint and some covers was broken. the people up stairs was like they where come threw the roof but other than that will stay again

Location is great walking distance from downtown

The under sheets were dirty had instant noodles hiding under the clean sheets didnt realize they were dirty till my kids pulled the sheets off

Close to the parkway, staff was super nice, and had a nice fire to sit around and relax at.

Other guest were noisy and no respect for the ones trying to sleep, their kids ran around loud all night long. Most of my plug ends didn't work.

The location did not provide breakfast but that is okay.

The only complaint is that we could not find an ice machine. We found the little room with the coke machine but no ice machine.

the location was excellent right down the road from all the attractions we wanted to see.

the room didn’t have much furniture at all and the bathroom looked a little rough as far as the floor condition and walls but the toilet and shower and sink was very clean. maybe add some place for people to put things beside the fridge and not have the microwave setting on the fridge but for the price it was nice.
