The air conditioning system wasn't working. My room was changed twice before I received one with a working system. The hotel is short with housekeeping staff and I had to clean my own room. I vacuumed , cleaned the bathroom and removed the trash because of the time it was taking to have it cleaned. The bathroom was visibly not cleaned. The property has declined significantly, I stay at this location quite often and this is the worst stay I've ever had.

Help was always available, I forgot to bring deodorant so I went down to buy some and realized they didn’t have any for sale and the front desk lady said they had travel size available for free! So nice and not unexpected convenience. They made cookies and popcorn at the end of the day free of charge!

The third floor hallway was hot I’m not sure why but my room was perfectly cold just how I like it

The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. Especially the breakfast attendant. This gentleman made sure fresh hot breakfast was available and even asked if there was anything more he could do to accommodate me and my family. Thank you so much.

I would have given the property a 10 but the pool was a big turn off. It was green, old, and disgusting. My kids really had their hopes up, especially since the tragedy of having to leave our homes.That's something that should be removed from the amenity list before hand.

When we arrived and walked in to our room we were surprised as our room was under construction. The gentlemen working the front desk was very apologetic and took care of this immediately by getting us another room and even a complementary snack for the kid.

For the area it was great no bugs seen. Room was clean and beds where comfortable.

The tv was complicated and only showed a few channels would not let us log into any of our tv services to watch but we made do. The lack of coffee kinda sucked and was told if I went in search of any I probably would be robbed.

The location was good. Close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good.

The guy who was over breakfast yelled twice at my friend. The first time was when he brought more sausages out and yelled "hot, hot" and wanted her to move out of the way. The second time was when we could not find the tongs for the cinnamon rolls, so my friend used the tongs for the biscuits. The guy yelled again "you can't use those tongs for that. You'll make somebody sick". He grabbed the tongs and switched them out in a rude manner. I can understand his reasoning but not his behavior. My friend is a health educator! It was strange that the guy was upset about the tongs, but not a guy who was riding a bike came in the building to fix his breakfast then went outside and sat on the ground next to his bike and ate.

The facility was very clean and staff was awesome especially Angelle she is an amazing host.

A little further out than we’re used to but other than that nothing we enjoyed our stay

The hotel was in a great location for our needs, and the facilities very good.

The cleanliness of the hallways could be improved.

The breakfast was fine. The chocolate chip cookies they had at night were delicious!

The decaf coffee needs an upgrade. It was really bad.

Very Clean an convenience to other places.

No hand soap in bathroom to wash hands plus Breakfast food needs to be better esp scrambled Eggs an pancakes tasted rubbery
