It was comfortable enough. Decent locatiom. Breakfast went until 10 AM and there was free bottled water offered

The price was a little high for what this was. It was a much older hotel in need of upgrades.. the room had a slight smell too it and although the room appeared clean on the surface the caulk in the bathroom was disgusting! There was dust all over the shelves and the inside of the fridge and microwave were dirty.

The location off of Gregg was great for anything we needed to do, and the breakfast was wonderful ( except for the juice machine--not in service). I would definitely stay there again!

Juice machine not working

The hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Free bottle water, coffee and tea all day long. Kids had a great time in the pool. We interacted with many of the staff and everyone was amazing!! Great stop for a few days or even an overnight stay pit stop. Location was decent right off highway. Had a few restaurants near and several gas stations.. Walmart was close a few min. Drive down the road if needed. Room was quite parking lot was well lit and bonus Starbucks in the same lot if your a fan.

They were having hot water and water pressure issues while we were there. They were actively trying to fix the situation, I saw the plumbers there and saw atleast 1 hot water heater get replaced. Also, the mini fridge in the room probably needs to be replaced and I would recommend a refresh in the bathroom. It was clean but the calking was starting to show wear that made it feel a little dingy. Everything else was great.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the breakfast but everything else was so great! Staff was friendly and we loved the location and space in our room. My kids enjoyed the pool too

When employees cars are parked in the front and you cannot unload your suitcases close to the door. Just rude to make seniors and others walk around.

The floors in our room looks like they need good mopping. The sausage for breakfast looked like it needed to be cooked lots more.

2 minutes from Big Spring Psychiatric Hospital and several grocery stores nearby such as HEB and Super Walmart. Gym had adequate equipment such as full set of dumbbells and 2 treadmills one was not working. Swimming pool area was nice and jacuzzi filled with salted water.

Not many good restaurants in the area near hotel, just a lot of fast food.

Very well laced out room. Clean hotel with a fair breakfast. William stay there again when I’m in that area.

We had a large, well laid out room with plenty of space for our family and luggage, etc. The shower was good, pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean. The TV, WiFi, and appliances all worked well. The a/c, thermostat worked well. The breakfast area is much larger than most hotels. It was the only place we stayed in our 4,000 mile trip that had plenty of breakfast options, room to serve plates without running into others, and space to easily seat my family. Low stress.
