Location close to Walmart and restaurants

Breakfast was not up to Best Western standards. Food was not taken care of, just put in containers and left. The gravy was an ugly brown instead of a light cream color, potato were under cooked and eggs must had been powered cause it was one big blob. I was there 45 mins before I saw anyone to come and look at the hot food to see if they needed to be stir it. The yogurt machine and the waffle machine was the only thing that was worth eating.

It was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and recommend staying here for comfortable beds cleanliness. The breakfast was good.

I didn’t like that I asked for late checkout and I was told I could check out at a certain time and I paid $25 for that time only to be called back saying that the time was no good and I had to check out 45 minutes earlier because a wedding was scheduled to stay in my room specifically.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee machine in the lobby. Room was huge and had a couch, fridge,microwave and Keurig. Really good room darkening shades. Good safe parking around the back, nice and quiet hotel. The breakfast was adequate. There was a Walmart and other stores right across the road and a barbecue place right next door.

Lack of lighting in the bedroom area. Breakfast stuff was put up at 8.45am.

Nice place, everything was clean, the beds were nice, and the staff was friendly. The location is good, easy in and out.

Door going out at the end of the hallway says exit only and you have to have a door card to enter, but it was always unlocked or propped open, never had to have a room card to get in.

It was a great stay. Even though it was only one night, it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything. This will be our go to Hotel in this town. The suite was above what I expected. The price was only a little more than the rooms.

Minor issues with the wet bar faucet and sink. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. A little more cushion would have been great. The single serve coffee was a bit small for me, but they always had it brewing in the Lobby.

It was in an easily accessible location near restaurants and center of town. It was clean, spacious, staff was friendly, breakfast facilities were nice. I asked for my room to be located near the rest of my family and the man at the desk did so cheerfully.

Overpriced for Brownwood, TX

The staff was very helpful. The gentleman working our last night was very helpful with getting me some orange juice late in the evening to help my mother with a little low blood sugar issue. I witnessed the staff being very helpful and friendly with everyone.

We had a lot of noise in our room. All hours of our stay, you could hear thumping and banging.

I loved the living room was a separate area from the bedroom. there was couch and coffee table with tv in living room area and the bedroom area had it's own tv.

the air conditioner would not turn off no matter what temperature we set it to and was set to on and auto didn't work. I had to unplug it so I didn't freeze to death.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and cool. Loved the fact that the check out time was noon. The breakfast was way more than expectations for a free breakfast. If we are ever back in the area we will be returning.

The only problem we had was the bed was softer than we are used to but definitely not a complaint. If you enjoy soft fluffy beds this place is perfect.

The room was very roomy and quite comfortable.

The shower. The curtain bar was mounted poorly which severely restricted the space in the shower. The black-out shade also broke. When I reported both of these to the front desk they said they could not do anything about the shower rod and put cardboard up over the window. Though effective at blocking sunlight, it meant there was no natural light in my room for the entirely of my stay.
