Breakfast was good, plenty of selections and good mix of carbs and proteins. Clean hotel, excellent staff, fan and AC in room worked, everything was clean. I appreciate that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and body wash are provided.

Pillows were rough, they looked good but were flat as pancakes within minutes, making for a rough night and next day. Wish the pool wasn't filled in with cement.

Our trip to Tyler was derailed by weather damage. Our first night was in a terrible place, when internet was down an no booking engines were working. We moved back to Buffalo for night two so the three kids could swim and have a little fun. Hampton was clean, pleasant and relaxing. It was a stark contrast to our first night.

All good. My complaint is against Booking.com for not reserving the room I chose.

You need to Invest in to a new pancake machine that automatically makes pancakes and waffle machine takes to long

it’s fancy! you can have a ni e stay there with a lot of facilities

you feel safe because the place is really nice and confortable

Beautiful location, clean room and good home cooked meals at surrounding restaurants

A/C would not stay on, room got hot and stuffy could hear our neighbors on both sides, crying baby

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

The breakfast was bland. The pool room was extremely hot and the chlorine smell was overbearing.
