We were pleased with how exceptionally clean it was. When arriving I was surprised that it was a motel rather than a hotel (we had booked online) but it was nice to park right in front of the room we were staying in. The room was nice and cool when we entered. We were especially pleased with how updated the room was.

It's a grab and go breakfast--prepackaged muffins & pastries, fruit, yogurt; nothing special, but better than nothing. You can hear the constant traffic on highway 287--but no matter what hotel you book it would be about the same since they are all right off the highway.

Everything about the place was very clean it was a new area and i was hesitant not being familar with brand, but it was well worth it stayed in a superior king room and after many hours of travel with a carful and a pet it was nice for my family to be able to unwind and relax

They offer breakfast but is a grab and go which the option was nice if you want coffee starbucks and grocery store are right there. So if your someone who relys on hotel ammenties this is not full service. The pool was turned into a garden something that looked beautiful was clearly unkept. While expensive should add a additional pet bag area, and a few more public trash bins.

Location was great for our trip back home. We did not want "fruit" for breakfast, so we ate at the restaurant next door. It was very good. The room was clean and the bed smelled clean.

The area where the ice machine was seemed a little dark and uninviting. The morning we left, the cleaning staff was walking about and doing their thing, but were not friendly to me or my wife.

Arrived late, 1 1/2 hrs after intended arrival and couldn’t call because we were driving two cars in a blinding thunderstorm. Our reservation was still in the computer, thank goodness. Room was extremely clean, great bed, pillows and shower. Quiet, as the nonsmoking rooms are farther back away from the Hwy. Parking lighting is good, and because the motel is smaller and only one level, we got to park right in front of our room. Coffee, sweet roll and orange was good enough. Heated the sweet roll in our microwave. Will definitely stay again and recommend for anyone.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. There is no second floor and I parked directly outside my room which made unloading very easy.

Being right on the highway makes for ease of access and some of the passing cars were surprisingly loud. Overall, I feel that comes with the territory and would only be a big issue for someone that is a light sleeper.

I had low expectations because of the very inexpensive rate for the room. I was pleasantly surprised. We had a cordial experience in the office. Our room was motel-style and looked a little outdated from the parking lot. We parked immediately in front of our room (wonderful concept!). Once inside, it was quite a pleasant room. The bedding was nice and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The laminate wood flooring was new and very clean. Bonus: there's a new Starbucks next to the hotel!

If you are budgeting for breakfast, there is really not a breakfast at this hotel/motel. There are prepackaged muffins, some fruit and bars in the lobby. This is fine, but it should be clear in the promo information.

Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively quiet for being next to the highway.

Breakfast was the only disappointment. Cold breakfast selections (muffins and pastries in plastic), fruit, and yogurt. Fortunately, the coffee was great.

It was better than I expected, the room looked recently renovated & was clean & comfortable! It had a king bed and lots of room for by big dog! It was also quieter than I thought with it being near the highway! Will stay again.

The green space needed to be mowed

We were traveling to Dallas and needed a place to spend the night, but didn't want to pay a lot for the room. We chose the Red Roof Inn because of the price and the reviews. It was a great room. The room was large, clean, had a/c, comfortable king size bed, TV, and was far enough away from the highway that you couldn't hear traffic. Bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast was a brown bag of fruit, granola bar, water .. We just took the time and ate at Dawson's Restaurant next door. Glad we chose the hotel and would stay there again.

The room was great. It was larger than I expected as was the sink vanity. I loved the laminate faux wood flooring vs carpet. Everything was very clean, the towels were good, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that there was coffee and something to grab for breakfast even if it was only a pre-packaged muffin or a granola bar and some yogurt.

The shower was very high and spraying outward. The head was not adjustable so it is hard for a less than 6 ft person to keep their head out of the spray. I would also like more plugs near the bed. Used the one plug for my CPAP and then had to plug my phone in across the room. Wasn't too big a deal since we had been traveling by car and had the phone plugged in while driving.
