Room was exceptionally clean considering it was Sunday after a busy full booked weekend. The room we had included two televisions so we ate our meal on couch/ fold out bed in lieu of having to eat on the bed to watch a football game we wanted to see. There was plenty of parking in the well lit lot. Parking lot is fenced on three sides. Bonus was the convenient access to and back to several restaurants. Could of had coffee in room but they had two pots and a decent included breakfast selection off the entry lobby. Staff spoke and treated us like we were their best friends in person and also when I called ahead to ask about check in.

No complaints on service or property.

Right off the highway. Not far from the beach. The king room had a sofa that made into a bed and it had a tv. It was separated by a wall and bathroom then there was the king bed with another tv. So you could have a little privacy between sleep areas. It could sleep 4.

It would be nice if they could create a place for people to smoke not by the entrance of the hotel. There are benches right outside the front door and people were out there smoking. Non smoking people had to walk through and smell the smoke.

- bad impression when the key would not work to open the room's door. We had to change it several times - the first thing we saw was the rest room door damaged and on the inside the hook on the door was loose, twisted, we could not use it - the rug felt sticky, not very clean

Easy to get to, landscaping is nice.

It was a nice stay. Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked well, check out was easy! Realized we forgot something in the fridge and had to go back to get it and had no problems at all getting back into the room we had already check out of! Very nice staff

This is our go to hotel for our trips to Clute/Lake Jackson. As always the hotel itself was clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Highly recommend.

Can't really say anything negative. The only thing I could say if I wanted to nitpick was that one lady at the front desk wouldn't trade out our towels. She told me that housekeeping would wash them, and replace them the next morning. Really not a big deal, but slightly irritating.

The rooms were spacious, the property was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond. The breakfast is surprisingly good and fulfilling.

The parking situation- I wish the exit doors opened/closed near the rooms. The only way to enter and exit is through the lobby.

The staff was nice and cordial. The Tv's in the room didn't work and we were kindly moved to another room in less than 5 minutes.

The breakfast on Friday could have had more options. There was only waffles, biscuits, sausage and gravy.

Staff is friendly & helpful, breakfast spread was great & delicious! Rooms were clean & had everything you needed.

Pool was a little dirty. I also stayed at the end of the hallway & wifi did not reach inside the room whatsoever. Had to be stepping out into hallway for it to connect.

The breakfast was great and the location was fine and parking was fine also

The towels and wash cloth was soiled and not pickup for the last 3 days of my stay. There. But I did go to the front desk and was able to get clean ones for the last 2 days of my stay.

Great location, easy to find, only about 10-15 minutes from beaches on the coast, staff were friendly and helpful, decent hot breakfast, room was large, clean, and quiet, bed and pillows were very comfortable, and wifi worked well. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I kindly asked for a small late checkout, and the staff said no. Bathtub had some rusty stain around stopper, but otherwise appeared clean. Room smelled of some kind of cleaning product (not horrible, but not pleasant).
