included breakfast was excellent with many choices, the location allowed easy access to mall shopping, many restaurants, Freeport beaches, and easy highway connections. The hotel location felt save and secure,

Other hotels in the area were more price competitive but the Hampton Inn is still my first choice - better facility and location,

The rooms are great the beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. I like that the shower has shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Kid-friendly and very pleasant and helpful staff. And the breakfast was great lots to choose from.

Everything! Everyone was very friendly, polite & professional. Monique, Lydia & Cody were especially wonderful. We met Monique & Lydia on our trip last year & were so glad to get to see them again on this trip, & Cody was an absolutely delightful person as well. We definitely will look forward to seeing them on our trip next time. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family here. Everything & everyone was great!!

Hotel staff were friendly upon arrival. Along with explaining the rules and hours of breakfast. And also told us about nearby restaurants.

The only thing I don't like is there is no closer hotel near the beach. But it's not really the staff's fault. They have been nothing but courteous.

We always stay here when we visit family in the area. We love the staff here. They are always courteous & professional. The rooms are always comfortable & clean.

Staff is awesome, they are very welcoming. The hotel is pet friendly, and we travel with our pet. The location is good for our needs. Located 10 minutes from the beach.

The pillows leave a little to be desired. The pillows offer very little comfort and support. A little heartier pillow would be fantastic. Otherwise no complaints.

carpet on 2nd floor as we exited the elevator were very dirty and stained. as wall as entire hallway to our room. parking was tight as some guest took up to 4 spaces to park their truck with their boat attached. Sheer curtains in room had marker markings on them.
