Without a doubt this is the Cleanliness place I've ever stayed, I've been traveling for the last 20 plus years, and would rate this location as good or better than the more expensive places I've stayed, Staff very friendly and willing to accommodate requests, great attitude and go above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stay here again if needed.

Bed was a bit to hard for me but I'm sure there's a reason, so they last longer

The room was spacious and very clean smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. Could have given two pillows per person but we bought some.

The last day and a half there wasn't and hot water. Our room was close to the front door and the first 2 nights there was a lady that sat right outside our window and smoked and yelled at a gentleman. Then the last 2 nights there was ALOT of noise frome above our room.

Clean! This place was immaculate. My room was clean enough for bare feet! What it lacked in toiletries/bathroom amenities was completely offset by cleanliness. I felt safe here with the double locking doors.

Only had a single bar of soap for toiletries. This is definitely a long-stay bring-your-own-stuff hotel. I forgot shampoo, but for one night it didn’t matter.

Clean, AC worked very well, bed was comfortable, shower had amazing water pressure, good size refrigerator & microwave, small kitchenette,

Pillows were horrible, no real blanket on the bed, no ice machine but you can make your own ice in the freezer. No basic pots & pans or dishes or silver wear. No paper towels.

I really like the way this facility does business as it's more like a studio apartment setup. It works perfect for me as I travel with my pets and need a fair and affordable price which I definitely got. I feel very secure as the doors are locked at all times; this is important to me. I love the 24 hour free coffee. The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly.

Exceptionally clean. Updated mattress/bedding, walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Wonderful, clean smell in room. No smoke, no mustiness, no leftover food smell, no potpourri cover up, no pet smell. Wifi was easily connected, TV had nice selections.

No hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, or face wipe in room. No clothing bag for dirty laundry. No explanation given for if there were a continental breakfast, or where the pool was located. Nobody seen at front desk except for time of check-in.

Staff is very easy to speak with! Thanks so much for accommodating our room extensions for a guest of ours!

Takes sometime to get credit card approval but that is understood.

Beds are so comfortable. We like that we have a kitchen although nothing is supplies as far as coffee pot, cups, etc. However, Buckees is very close for coffee!

No option to have simple things supplied for a short stay.

It was just off the interstate and I love that
