Staff is very friendly. It was a nice big room with a recently remodeled bathroom. Parking was easy, check in was easy, check out was easier. My AC and heater worked perfectly and wasn't loud. The bed is pretty comfortable, the shower has good pressure. The TV does have cable plus there is a microwave and a working refrigerator.

The only thing I didn't like is that the sheets and bedding is pretty worn and did have stains on them.

Plenty of space in the room I was given. It was quiet whenever I was there. The TV worked well and had the channels I wanted to watch. The women at reception were friendly. The parking lot seemed safe and was in good shape. They watered plants so I assume they take good care of the place overall.

I would have liked an unsweetened cereal or one without raisins.

We really enjoyed staying overnight at this hotel. We were tired after the concert, came to the room and fell asleep, a very comfortable big bed. No one bothered us to sleep, the hotel was quiet. For breakfast there was yogurt, fresh fruit, bars and fresh waffles with juice and coffee, that's all you need!

the renovation is a bit old, but it didn't stop us from relaxing

I've stayed at this location several times but on this particular time I made a mistake and booked the wrong room and much to my surprise the hotel gave me a call to verify if I had in fact booked the wrong room. I was astounded by this, this is day of check-in and they switched my room (which didn't cost anything) and insured my stay was that much better. The cleaning lady came by every day to make sure I had coffee, soap, shampoo, fresh towels and a freshly made bed and took out the trash of course. Every single day!! Parking was not bad and it is two blocks away from interstate 30 in 5 minutes away from Luke 12 which was crucial for me. I couldn't even tell you if any of the other rooms were booked because it was so quiet! The staff may check in and out super fast and easy, I would highly recommend this hotel again.

My refrigerator door couldn't close all the way and the coffee machine kind of leaked. These are honestly pretty low on my complaining list. I had a great stay.

went for the cowboys game, the hotel is a perfect middle location between the stadium and Dallas love field airport! The staff was able to check us in early and were very nice! the perfect place to sleep and go for a good price!

although the location was convenient, there’s no gas stations/ food in immediate walking distance so just be be prepared with snacks/drinks before settling in! the blankets/sheets are very thin, but it wasn’t bothersome.

The lady Tammy at the front desk was amiable. For the amount of money that you’re paying, it’s very decent. The beds are comfortable there’s parking.

The breakfast could have a better selection, but keep in mind the amount of money you’re paying.

Everything was good. I wish someone would clean the shower heads and make sure the towels are clean. But other than that it wasn’t bad, we always stay here

The building itself other than the rooms are a little rundown. A dip in the floor in the hall.

Location (Cowboys stadium 3 exits away), cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable stay, small continental breakfast.

Room smells a little musty, hall smells of weed, no elevator if needed.
