I scheduled a reservation online on 08/14 with the date of 08/17 arrival. This was for business, I had a crew of 3 that would be staying the night. When they arrived, the hotel did not have my reservation. Fortunately they were able to get a room for the night. This hasn't ever happened before, and not sure where the disconnect happened, but cannot afford for our crew to not have a place to spend the night.

Breakfast was great. Had great consumer service. Always had a smile and welcome us every day.

No trash cans to throw trash only in the rest room. Had to leave trash on the desk. I like to help a-little by clean our mess. But everything else great.

The hotel was nice

I requested a early check-in as I drove 20 hours. I had to wait until 3pm to check-in

Everything, room was dirty, found someone else socks in the room , remote for TV did not work properly, and no pool. If the pool is closed then it should be noted on website. That way people will now, it's flase advertising

the general manager was rude and disrespectful. He treated the staff at the front terribly in front of guests and we got the impression that this was typical from him as they seemed scared of him. Terrible dynamic and he was so rude to us as well. Initially when we got there, the AC wasn't working. They switched our room, and the new room had bugs but we just coped with it and cleaned it ourselves. The employee had 'checked us in' at 1:30 AM, when we were at home in Austin, in bed so it was impossible. We asked for proof we were there, and no one could provide anything except a check in log. Apparently an employee had made a mistake. There was no way we could have checked in at that time. The manager made the argument that we were there and then it was that we weren't there but we wasted a night we paid for so we needed to pay for a 3rd night ($179+ tax) We called and got our 3rd party involved and then they adjusted our stay dates but only after we threatened to file a formal complaint and spent 3 hours trying to sort this issue out. The employee tried explaining this to him over the phone in our presence and we could hear the insults and manner he spoke to them, abhorrent. Never will stay at this property again. The manager spoke to us as if we were dumb and didn't understand him, but we did and we tried explaining there was an error somewhere, all to no avail. He was right and failed to acknowledge that there was a mistake made on their part and chose this as the hill to die on. Absolutely rude and zero empathy to see things from another perspective. I feel bad for not only his employees but his wife as well because this felt misogynistic as my husband wasn't treated the same by him in person or over the phone. Not sure how this man became in charge of the property, but we aren't ever returning here to find out.

Staff was friendly and helpful, incorrect reservation was adjusted. breakfast was good.

The property was very dated and they tried to give me a room that had semen stains on the sheets. I asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

Hotel was dirty and smelled horrible. Everything in our room was damp, the carpet, bedding, and bathroom floor - everything! Our room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper and it didn’t.
