They ran out of breakfast stuff too early it was only 8:30 and they were already out of eggs and sausages breakfast was suppose to from 7am to 10 am the elevator broke but they got it fix was panicking how was I supposed to take my mom down the stairs in a wheelchair they need a better plan whenever the elevator breaks again how are people in wheelchair suppose to go downstairs the need a ramp to be able to take them down the stairs when this happens

It was nice and quiet. It was clean and the breakfast was good. It was also cold, which was the best, since we escaped the heat after hurricane beryl

The key maker wasnt working so we had to leave our door ajar or contact the front to open it for us

The breakfast was well prepared and thoughtful. It was satisfying and had a good amount of options. The staff was great and friendly and so helpful !

I didn't like the cleaner that was used for floor tiles. It made them feel a bit sticky.

We loved the separate living and bedroom space. It made life much easier the last week.

It advertised a TV in both rooms which my husband was excited about - he could watch sports and not cartoons for the week. The bedroom TV wasn't there and when we asked they said it was messed up and they didn't have any extra. We survived but it would have been nice to have

Everything looked exactly like the picture. It was super close to cycle ranch and very easy check in.

the only thing was we were looking forward to the pool after being at cycle ranch all day but the pool was covered with flies.

There was roaches well there was a big water bug roach! I just saw one. And I didn’t like the pool it needs a good cleaning! Looked dirty!

The staff was friendly, good customer service. Breakfast was good, a variety.

I'm thinking it was short staffed, even though the website or the broucher stated will change out the sheets. I don't think they were. I can say that when we called to the front desk needing extra towels, they came up to the room and provided the towels.

Everything was great just a little far from my weekend event. I would stay at this motel if it's close by my next event.

We loved the guy at the front desk he was nice and made our complicated situation a lot better

One of the few rooms we stayed in had a nasty rug feel but we put towels down and it was fine all other rooms were great

The staff is always very nice and polite.. them beds are very comfortable. I love to stay at this hotel.

I've really never been disappointed with this hotel. That's why I keep coming back.
