Booking.com had not passed on my wife's requirement for a gluten free breakfast but the staff took the trouble to buy gluten free breakfast food and brought it to our room. All the staff were extremely helpful. The desk staff was also able to direct us to restaurants with gluten free offerings that were still open after 10 p.m. The room had lots of space and was well equipped. The hotel was close to the highway network that we needed to travel to where we were going to see the 2024 total solar eclipse and to the Natural Bridge Caves.

Although the staff were very helpful their knowledge of the local bus routes was not good. We were directed to one route that only had an hourly service and took nearly an hour to get into the centre of the city. Only after two days of such journeys did we find that there was another route with stops just as close that went nearly twice as often with a 20 minute shorter journey time. However, to be fair, we have found similar issues at other hotels too, i.e. that the staff's local knowledge can be limited.

Everything was great. The air conditioning was not working in the first room I was given, but the front desk personnel immediately assigned me to another room (the only thing, it was smaller than my initial room).

The location of the property was a huge convenience for us, everything was clean and room was ready when we arrived.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and it never seems to fail that the kitchen staff is very rude and cold with the customers. They almost never want to assist and are rude when asked a question.

There was one male staff at the breakfast on March 2nd. Not only did he not apologize for not getting the breakfast ready by 6:25 AM, he was very rude. Total and absolute unfit with rest of the staff there over our 3 night stay. I did report his behavior to a staff member there.

We come to SA several times per year to visit family and this has been our favorite hotel so far. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in a Hampton hotel twice already and have nothing but positive feedback to say about them. in this location you're literally a minute away from anything essential like grocery stores to gas stations and fast food restaurants. The facility was clean and the staff is friendly. When we arrived for check in the room we booked was still being cleaned so they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost.

Breakfast was great, took some as snacks for the day. We liked the location, not too loud at night

Had to request towels as there weren’t any left in the room, but concierge was very helpful.

Got put in a joining room and neighbors were very loud could hear everything through the joining door.

Always love Hampton locations, price and value. The places are always clean, rooms are comfortable and are a great value.
