The breakfast was delicious. I was there to DJ for a function. Mr. Chavez, I think that was his name, was exceptional. I was able to store my equipment in the event area and I was confident that it was safe and secure. On the day I checked out. I was going to go get me equipment at the event area, and all my stuff was moved to the front desk lobby storage. That was very nice of them. The hotel was quiet. Had many food options available nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I did not care for the location and the road to get there. If you are not in the right turning lane, you have to go around and the area and make sure you got in the correct turning lane. Also, I could not get me tv to work properly, but I did not watch that much TV. I wish they had a 12pm checkout which would have been nice. The hotel was kinda pricey, at least for me, however, I was able to find a great rate. It was worth it,

I liked the cleanliness of the facility. The rooms were huge and the best was mostly comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Embassy Suites is usually the best of any hotels I stay.

One thing that I didn't particular like was the way the omelet station worker Leo treated my husband. As my husband stood in line to get an omelet for him and myself, he was told he couldn't get two omelets, I would have to get in line also. Yet, Leo served the lady standing directly in front of him... what else, 2 omelets. No one was with her. So, it didn't make sense. The dining manager needs to get withem on how to treat customers and fairness across the board. I also didn't like that you weren't allowed to have outside foods at this locations dining areas. Are they short staffed. I've never seen this sign before. It would be better if it was stated "Outside of service hours." I don't eat beef or pork. But, I do like chicken with my eggs and potatoes, which is not a menu option.

We really liked how quite it was even though the hotel was really busy also the happy hour when we arrived Friday night was nice the room was comfortable the breakfast was great lots of options to have

The shower drain was very slow in our room had to shut off shower a few times for the water to drain down and continue to get clean also prefer a shower head that is lower and or the option of handheld shower bathroom floor an shower very very slippery couple times thought I was going to fall The pool could use a little cover since it’s so Hot in Texas not full cover just like a slated kind so still get some sun

Staff was friendly and we didn’t need to call reception to remind them to have housekeeping clean our rooms daily. They did the cleaning on their own.

We were always bothered by reception because another visitor was making noice and loud thumping. It wasn’t even us in our room we were already asleep or watching a movie. Totally uncalled for and no one bothered to check on those false reports.

The room was really really nice, loved the layout. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE. They staff was so friendly and made you feel important. Also loves I could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. My room even had a desk area which came in handy.

I wish I had more time personally to explore it more but I was in and out for work. I felt important there from the moment I walked in and this is where I will be staying for the next 90 days I am traveling for a project I am on

my son is mobility challenged, their pool had a ramp AND a lift,the bathrooms offered grab bars,all the hallways and aisles offered room to get him from point a to b. the staff were LOVELY towards him,the food was delicious no matter what we ordered and any accomodation we needed,we were provided.

it's sort of far from the city center,and the public transport was a long trip to get downtown

Great location just a short taxi ride to River Walk with great Restaurant's a minutes walk from the hotel including BJ's Brewhouse and Outback Stakehouse.

Disappointed by the ironically named "Happy hour" having stayed many times at Embassy Suites hotels, limited selection of drinks and poor snack selection compared to previous stays.

Great location and facilities

There were not pillow and blanket for the sofa bed. We called the front office to bring for us. They told us to come downstairs to take it. It was our first time having that experience with the hotels. Usually they bring you stuff if they don’t provide them at the room itself.

Very clean. Close to everything. Great hours for breakfast and phenomenal onsite restaurant. Came down for a bodybuilding show and made it a family trip. Great gym with enough to get a little pump and cardio session in. When I come back to San Antonio I’ll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I have NEVER been to a hotel with such an amazing buffet. It was well stocked well ran the food was very fresh and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

The bed was absolutely horrible. It was super hard. We woke up in pain. I honestly think the floor might have been softer.
