It’s was nice and clean, walking distance to the Riverwalk.

The roof top restaurant, was told children couldn’t come up I believe after 9 so we left. The next day we got there early without the children then was told only reservations were being seated. Their staff needs to do better at explaining how everything works at once not leave details on a day by day basis we traveled a long way to get there only to not experience the entire hotel cause of the staff.

Excellent locatin downtown, easy to walk everywhere and the staff was very welcoming. We were able to get an early check in without a problem and our room was clean, big and the bathroom vanity had good lighting. I had read some previous reviews concerning noise level but we were given a room down a hallway, a few rooms down from elevators and we only ever heard a little bit of noise coming from people leaving the rooms right across from ours so we did not have this problem. Breakfast is an additional but we ordered from the menu and it was delicious and portions were big. The european style breakfast also looked good if you're interested. The rooftobar bar, 1 Watson, was a great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset/night.

Wifi was a little unreliable late at night and the closet is about a foot wide so don't count on it if you want to have actual closet space to hang anything but besides that, it was a great stay.

The Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Will be happy to stay here again.

If anything, there was no microwave in the room, you had to go to lobby to use one. Also, no free breakfast would be nice to have a little complimentary breakfast instead of having to pay. But not that big of a deal since there are options nearby to grab.

The valet changed service from one night to the next and the new company charged more and had us pay them directly instead of adding it to the room. The location is right downtown. There is no parking anywhere close to the hotel unless you park yourself for $35 a night or park on the other side of the block in public parking and pay $10 dollars a night, but no guarantee that it will have space available.

We arrived early and asked if we could just leave our bags at the front desk or somewhere until check-in and there was actually a room ready that we were able to check in early. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

We could hear some of the construction on the week days, but it didn't really bother us too much.

Cleanliness, location

No microwave in room, breakfast not worth $18 pp. Not much more than a continental breakfast

We loved the view of the city, the large windows, and the feel of the room. It felt luxurious, and we didn't have to break the bank. We also visited the rooftop bar/restaurant, and it was wonderful. The service was great, my drink was delicious, and the atmosphere and view were beautiful.

Location was great. We don’t do breakfast.

I was disappointed I had to pay for parking. I should be used to it but I figured it was going to be an added expense. We were misinformed where to park and paid $300 plus to get vehicle out of the parking garage.

If you are looking for a spotless clean hotel, in a centric location, with excellent customer service stay here! They cleaned our room every day. Hotel is brand new, and walking distance to several nice restaurant and historic landmarks. Soundproof, we did have a restful sleep ever night there. Beds and pillows are comfy, and sheets and comforter were new. Our room was in the 17th floor and we did have an spectacular view! Thank you to all the staff, specially to the gentleman at the front desk who helped us to get the room my wife requested.

We enjoyed our stay!

I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but they did have croissants and bananas for purchase and I grabbed those as they were conveniently located for sale by the front desk.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was helpful and very welcoming.
