The location is great, and the rooms are silent. The checkout was confusing. They couldn’t find my reservation and ended up giving me one room key (I booked two rooms). The plugs near the bed didn’t work, and I had to charge my cell phone and laptop in the TV rack. Our checkout was at 12:00 p.m., and when we returned from breakfast at 10:45 a.m., we were locked out of the hotel by the riverside door. The keys didn’t work in the elevator, either. At the front desk, they were reactivating them, and one employee told another guest, “The keys are deactivated at 11 a.m.” Mind you that at 10:45 a.m., our or this other guest’s keys were already out. Other than that, it was an okay stay with no major issues.

Room. I appreciated the view from the balcony. It was exactly what I needed to rest after the long day. And the bed was very comfortable. I'm a local from San Antonio, and having these comforts felt good.

I couldn't figure out the thermostat in the room so, for me, it was way too cold; I woke up with a sore throat. Also, why did I assume there was a complimentary breakfast (unless I missed it). I went down around 9:30 am on Sunday, and I had to pay over $25 for juice, coffee, and a breakfast burrito.

We stopped at Starbucks for coffee and a bagel there were 3 girls working.One stood around the whole time not doing anything. We decided to sit down to eat the bagel while waiting for our car. All the tables were dirty or dusty. We asked one of the girls if she had a rag so we could wipe one of the tables. She brought one over and began cleaning the table. I said thank you and she never replied. When she was done I said thank you again and she still didn’t respond. Then she came back with a dry rag to dry it and I said thank you again and finally she said you’re welcome. Also I asked to have the half and half refilled it was empty. For 3 employees the place should be fully stocked and tables cleaned. That’s my expectation.

Atmosphere was cozy the staff was great very very helpful, they outside with valet was AMAZING, when arrived it was chaos due to Fiesta and traffic we didn’t know that was going on here this weekend, anyway I didn’t get her name , she made things run smoothly, helped us when direction, gave her the keys we unloaded and that headache was gone . She was amazing. Thank you 🥰

No complaints

I love the fact that this property was close to everything and walking distance. There was always scooters for us to ride if we did not want to take a Uber or walk to our designated spot sitting right outside of this hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the carport area was so small and compact kinda of a tough squeeze and we had to park on the main street to check in.

Everything was good. Overall very happy with the experience.

Breakfast had limited vegetarian operations although the staff customised it for us. A little more vegan options and a buffet option could really further enhance the wonderful overall experience.

I liked that it was on the Riverwalk. We could walk out the back and be on the Riverwalk. We didn’t have to constantly find parking either, we parked at the hotel and just left the car there and walked everywhere.

The beds were not very soft or comfortable and valet parking was a bit expensive

Loved our room, location was excellent.

Staring when we arrived, there where no carts to take our luggage to our rooms. Nor did the valets ask to assist us. The receptionist overcharged my card for the hold amount, but later released it and i was correctly charged.

Good location down town. Within walking distance of good restaurants and activities. Room was comfortable and very clean. I had a balcony and the view wasn’t bad.

The drop off for valet parking is very small and the road very busy.

The bed was nice Will probably go back Walking distance to everything Exceptional staff - all wonderful

Small room, small entryway, extra small pool, small hallways, minimal dining experience.
